Clean establishment was the first thing I noticed. Nice and friendly staff with excellent customer service. I had interactions with a Rachel, Brennen and mya those are just the names I remember, but the entire staff were great. The food came out in a timely manor and looked just as good as it tasted. I would 100% recommend a friend to visit this place for a great meal.

We decided to grab some chicken for lunch today and went through the drive-thru. The speaker uses an AI system, and I was a little skeptical at first, but it worked perfectly. The girl at the window was super friendly, and the service was incredibly fast—honestly, probably the fastest drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. On top of that, the food was great. We’ll definitely be back!

the manager here has the best energy and the best customer service i have received at a lee’s. my friend orders gizzards and it was longer wait then usual and she was given a desert for free for waiting. we weren’t having the best of days and her energy and just the small gesture of the desert unprovoked was really appreciated!!

We stopped by the Lee’s on Holton Rd to order a 20-piece strips family meal. They informed us that they didn’t have enough and would not consider making any more Famous strips since they closed in an hour. Our family of 6 was pretty frustrated because we had already had a long day and we were excited for Lee’s.
We called the Apple Ave. store and Brennen (Brendon?) said they would be happy to put more down in the fryer. A+ service and very appreciated from the Apple Ave. crew!

This location on Apple is very excellent Mr. Pace was a top-notch customer service professional. Friendly and compassionate. Great servive as good or better than the Causeway location. The kitchen staff worked hard at providing quality and fast service. I most definitely was impressed with the customer service skills or Mr. Pace this young man rocked it.

Orders are frequently wrong or missing item, regularly forget extra sauces (they sure don’t forget to charge you for them though!), and the AI drive-through speaker is a living nightmare. It speaks so slowly and messes up so frequently that guests constantly spend several minutes just ordering a couple basic meals. The food and staff are fantastic, but until they get rid of the giant waste of time that is the AI speaker, two stars. Order inside of you can, save yourself the time and money if you can’t.
