Came out here on a Saturday and tried their lunch while exploring this area of Bainbridge Island. It was a nice sunny day and got here before the weekend lunch rush; got a nice corner table facing the harbor. Don’t expect a vast menu; it’s a bar with tables but is good enough to enjoy good food with a view.
Went with the smash burger and fries for the teenager (no photos but it was very good according to my son). I had a grilled cheese with tomato soup and my wife had the clam chowder.
I was not expecting a full grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato soup so it was a pleasant surprise. They were generous on the cheese and it was nicely grilled. The tomato soup tasted home made, nice texture and wasn’t runny.
My wife’s Chowder was freshly made; the clams tasted like they just came from the boat and into the pot. The soup is homemade, so the potatoes, bacon and artichokes were freshly cut and tasted delicious. They also added a piece of butter (my wife didn’t care for it) that added a nice touch to the overall taste. Her soup did come with a freshly toasted piece of garlic bread. They do also offer other shellfish you could substitute but, when in Rome….
The waitresses were nice and friendly. One thing I noticed was that their lemonade was freshly made.
If you want good food with a nice view-very similar to Tides Tavern but with a smaller menu and dining room, check this place out.

Always delightful! Been coming here for years. The patio is great, with a view of the Ferries and the Marina.
Food is always exceptional. The perfect outdoor seating on a rare sunny January day in Seattle!

We use to come here regularly when we
previously lived in Seattle. Actually, we came here for the first “official” date with my husband years ago, so it’s always been a special place for us. Now that we’ve moved back to the area, we came back & its just as warm & welcoming as I remember. Great food, beer selection & a nice locals vibe with wonderful service. So happy I now live a short drive away.

Really neat restaurant on beautiful Bainbridge Island; birthplace of Pickleball. Its an order at the bar and come pick up your own drinks and food type of place which isn’t bad just different. Food was fast and I loved the dumb waiter behind the bar to bring it up from downstairs kitchen. The oyster shooters were great I had 3. The salmon sandwich was pretty good the highlight being the Cajun tartar. I was a little disappointed in the seattle dog. Its only topping besides the obligatory cream cheese was sport peppers. I was hoping for a little more although it was juicy and large. The cod cake slider was also tasty. I wish there were other side options besides a bag of chips. The mama tried bourbon was good!

Restaurant overlooks the boat docking area. We got to sit in a booth with a window that had a view of the surrounding trees and the water. It was a seat your self and order at bar. I tried the clam chowder with black mussels (not sure of the specific name) it was delicious. We also had the fried salmon and chips we rate this 10/10. Also, had the oyster shooters for $3 a piece. These were very flavorful.

Oyster chowder was delicious and the oysters were meaty and clean. The clam chowder was also very good and the broth felt very meaty. The clam chowder has clams with shells on, in case that matters to you. The bread that came with it was both soft with a crispy crust.
Also ordered the cod fish and chips. Fish was flaky and fries were great.
Caesar salad was nice and simple and a good way to get veggies in.

The fries are really good hummus was okay but I didn’t expect pita chips. My wife adored her fish and chips. They have a vegan burger but I didn’t try it, the acts was nice the view of the docks was really good.
