I will take my business to the other side of town. I asked for an extra side of sweet cream cold foam and was told they weren’t allowed… I order the same thing at every Starbucks and this is the first time that’s happened. When I asked why I was told they can they just “prefer” not to lol so I “prefer” to spend my money elsewhere

Great Starbucks location right in Frankfort! The staff was super friendly and made my drink just the way I like it. The store was clean and had a comfortable, cozy vibe — perfect for sitting down and getting a little work done or just relaxing. Service was quick even though it was busy, and the drive-thru moved fast too. Definitely a solid spot to grab your coffee if you’re in the area.

Coffee was good, location is convenient off the highway. Drink was ready timely. Only downside was the baristas were not very friendly, like not even a thank you at order or pickup- just slinging drinks. We all have bad days though, so not a big deal.

My family and I ended up being threatened by a man in a Humvee while in line at Starbucks. For context, I have a four year-old and a six-year-old in the backseat of my car. Along with my wife.
The man kept aggressively revving up his vehicle and getting as close to my bumper as he could in an attempt to threaten me and then pulled over to my side and threatened me and said I was lucky that I had two babies in the car.
The team at Starbucks saw this and were incredibly apologetic and gave me a second to calm down before ordering and went out of their way to give my kiddos some cake pops. I won’t forget the kindness of these folks working today for understanding the situation and helping, my kiddos down.
I am incredibly grateful for this group of people and I really hope this review gets to the supervisor and franchise owner. You had an incredible team today.

I don’t drink the product here it’s really busy so someone does coffee my favorite drink but not here nothing against the people who work there but the company itself operates on American people working here including the soldiers that defend this country so they can. But during the time the American people and veterans put together packages to send those fighting Starbucks refused to help out stating they couldn’t choose sides so I feel they should actually close up and move if you can’t back the country your making millions in then you don’t need to profit from it either

20230912 No KY Starbucks Been There Mugs . They have reserve coffee!! The barista is very friendly. They just got their shipment and the place is filled woth boxes. Hope they have have some time to take care of these boxes. oh boy, I ordered green tea lemonade with 6 pumps of sugar cane… and got green tea with maybe 1 pump of sugar cane. The barista rung it up wrong. The barista who made the tea inferred to make me another one. I’m OK with this wrong drink. At least he was nice enough to offer. I think I need to start confirming my order. This is the 2nd time it happened on this road trip.

Stopped in for some cold drinks. They had a line at the drive through. It took a while to get our drinks. Some empty card board boxes were piled up in the dining room. They obviously were a little short handed.

I typically enjoy a refresher drink and sandwich from this establishment as well as the positive energy that comes from those at the window, but this morning’s experience was a powerful reminder of the impact of kindness. I ordered online and ahead to be considerate, and when I arrived, she said, “Tanya, your order is ready, pull around, love.” As I came around the bend, I saw my food and drink outside the window, and I chose not to say anything, but I could sense a rush to get me on my way. I expressed gratitude and asked if I could please have a pup cup. The response was unexpected, as if I had requested something that was not possible. She quickly handed me a cup full of foam and said, “Next time, ask for a pup cup at the box.” The lady behind her seemed embarrassed by her behavior. This experience was a reminder that we never know what someone is going through, and a simple act of kindness can make a profound difference. It doesn’t take much to be kind and do the job we signed up to do love, and it’s a powerful reminder to always choose kindness and compassion.
