Not sure why this place has gotten such low ratings. It’s the best Chinese take-out on this stretch of Main Street (compared to Best and New China Lantern). Prices are excellent and the food was delicious and very fresh.

The food has Ben great the past months !! Poor service from the kid they have working the register. He was rude and unhelpful. Also don’t place orders on Grubhub through them because apparently they don’t use it but still allows you to place an order and take your money.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years! It may be a hole in the wall but the family who operates is SO sweet, they have some of the BEST food in the city, and the prices are reasonable. The woman who runs the restaurant is the cutest, sweetest lady on the entire planet. I <3 Happy House!

I order the Chicken finger crab ragoon and scallop plate. It cane with only 2 crab ragoons and 2 scallops. It asks for an extra side I chose an extra side of chicken fingers so I have more and I did not receive them. They also did not add any soy or sweet and sour sauce packets so I barely enjoyed my meal.

(⚠️READ THIS⚠️)Happy house is good food, but yesterday I witnessed fraud from them. They thought that they were slick. I ordered a large order of crab Rangoons. I paid with my debit. I notice suspicious activity going on behind the counter. The family’s son has took a picture of my debit, front & back to make it seem like that they’re collecting all the transactions with photo. I woke up this morning & received two phone calls from my bank about transactions I made. My last transaction was Happy House. I looked at my account and I see that they took $500 off of my card. $200 on a gift card, $189 on at Costco and another $95 at Costco. The fact that I caught their son taking the picture, his eyes lit up cause he knew that I would definitely catch on. FROM NOW ON, THIS RESTAURANT MUST ONLY RECEIVE CASH I’ve been paying with cash when I order from but since this is my first time paying with card with them, they won’t be receiving my card anymore, especially now that I need a whole new card. If anyone has paid with card at this restaurant, please check your accounts & Be safe, they could have pictures of your card information.

The food is the best. We order from them all the time. Last time, I ordered food, I used my credit card, and a few days later, someone withdrew $130.00 from Atwood Bar in Cambridge mass. Happy house was the last place I used my card, so….. I will never use a credit card again, when paying for food there. It’s too bad that they are getting a reputation for stealing credit card numbers, because the food is the best.
