This is the best-run McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and only stop by occasionally for fries/mcflurries, but even when the drive-thru is packed the line moves very fast. The fries are always fresh and not burned. The ice cream machine has never once been down.

Came in Monday night around 9:10pm and pulled me to the first window to wait aside from the wait they come with food and don’t even add sauces for the nuggets then as I ask for sauce and a lady with red hair comes up and give the 2 sauces all rude and tells me that next time I have to pay for sauces I thought McDonald gave sauces for nuggets seems very unprofessional !! My problem isn’t the sauces it is how that employee handled my request !!!

I visited this location October 5, 2025 at approximately 13:20 and had difficulty using kiosk and decided to go to the placed my order manually at the counte with a male cashie due to the app not being able to capture my app selection. He was very kind and patient as he also experienced the same challenges I had at kiosk. The cashier invited me to come around the counter to assist with visualization of an item that was difficult to locate. As we we’re viewing the selections from his cashier’s monitor, a disgruntled and very threatening female employee came and stated ” you cannot be back here, even though the male cashier and I stated that I was invited and did not just walk back there. The female employee began to become irrational and very aggressive towards me and got in my face! She was so close that she almost physically made contact with my body. At that point I stated for her to back up and she continued with her aggression. I was very afraid at that point that I was going to have to physically defend myself before the manager approached and the female employee finally walked away upon the managers intervention and verbally threatened me again. This behavior was unnecessary, inappropriate, and unbecoming of an employee that is supposed to be a happy peaceful environment. I’m also glad that I didn’t have to defend myself physically by knocking her out and possibly be arrested.

As I approached the window to pay for my order in the drive-thru, I saw McDonald’s food delivery sitting in the hot sun in the street posted near the back entrance of the kitchen. Don’t ever eat hear or any other McDonald’s. The delivery driver for fast food restaurants should never drop packages in the middle of the street, especially on a hot day like today. This is unsanitary, distasteful, and is a health code violation that should be reported to the Food and Drug Administration. I believe McDonald’s fries are addictive because the salt has hidden particles of crack in it. It’s no wonder why drivers form lines at the intersection of the main road that wraps around the drive-thru blocking incoming traffic from entering and exiting the parking lot.

I have mixed reviews about this location. Overall things have been fine. But my partner has gotten sick from this specific location. Sometimes there have been issues with quality. The customer service is always consistent and helpful.

I usually don’t even eat McDonald’s however my husband and I were on a road trip and it was the only thing available. I ordered $15 worth of food and they had a nerve to tell me that I needed to pay $.10 for a bag or I would have had to carry my food to the car ♀️ That’s highway robbery‼️Never again

Terrible location, when you order a large meal they will ring you up for a medium drink (this has happened to me on 5 occasions). They notoriously will ask you to pull forward to the next window and wait, only to forget you. McDonald’s corporate should shutter this location.

Manager Ana was awesome. 6219 Greenbelt Rd, Berwyn Hts, MD 20740 was closed due to no water. But app allowed orders w/payments. Arrive, find is closed, but MANY customers also there w/paid for orders. Ana, at my request, helped me delete my order & get back a refund. She helped many customers w/this. McDonald’s is better than this – corp should amend app that location is closed! Ana was a blessing
