God awful! Took forever to get your food. After sitting 4 cars deep in the drive through not moving, I parked a d went inside. You could only order at the kiosk because the lady jammed the cash drawer and couldn’t open it. She had a cake spatula trying to Jimmy it open. Saw three people come in and walk out because they wanted to pay with cash. Waited almost 20 minutes to get a Whopper Jr and onion rings. There was one poor construction worker there that just kept saying I need my food I’m going to be late getting back to work give me my money back but they couldn’t because they couldn’t open up the cash drawer and when he left he was saying he only doesn’t get fired. The ladies working were friendly enough but they were way over their head and I wouldn’t say it was much of a rush but for 5 people and they couldn’t handle it. And to finish it off my onion rings were cold

they refused to take my order at the desk and made me use the kiosk and upon finish my order they said they can’t complete my order and after where very very rude about helping me fulfill my order after I had already paid the staff here is rude and just over all nasty people all this after telling me they can’t take card at the drive through window

The drive thru guy seemed to be doing everything, but he was great! It took a little while to get my order placed, and then it took a little while longer to get my food, but the burgers were PERFECT. You could’ve used them for advertising. I have never gotten such a great looking burger from a fast food place before. I was impressed, and that made it very worth the extra wait.
This location is currently understaffed and hiring, so it’s understandable about the wait times. In the past, this location has not been very good in my opinion, such that I would not come back. I’m glad i gave it another chance today.
I did not catch the drive thru employees name, but he was a young man (16-20 I guess) with braces. He deserves recognition for his great attitude and the entire staff this afternoon deserve recognition for their hard work and immaculate presentation. I wish I had taken pictures of those burgers. They genuinely looked like the ad!

It was so disgusting. I mean this place should be shut down, if the outside looks like this I can only imagine what the food prep areas look like. I got a refund because I couldn’t let my baby eat it. And as I got the refund the dude put his hands in his mouth and continued to touch the screen. As if I don’t know maybe he thought his fingers were to greasy for the screen to registered, so why not just put my fingers in my mouth. Food and trash everywhere just disgusting…. If I could give no stars I would. Shut it down

They don’t deserve even a single star. Every order was messed up. Paid extra for honey mustard on the chicken wrap, no mustard, they didn’t even mention they ran out of the chosen drink, they just didn’t give any drinks and we had to ask for it. We paid for jalapeños on our whopper and there were none. Lastly, the fiery chicken sandwich was completely ruined and inedible. The chicken patty was burnt, the patty was supposed to be spicy but not covered in a sauce and it looks like they used a normal chicken patty and tossed it in Buffalo sauce making a very messy sandwich.
Will never return. They also don’t pick up the phone at this location.

Was told to order at the kiosk. Not my kind of thing. When I waived off the suggestion to wait patiently to place my order at the counter, the lady raised her voice in an aggrevated tone and reiterated that I need to order at the kiosk.
Judging by the group of people waiting in the lobby already, it appeared they were short staffed, and way behind.

Consistently gets orders wrong or will be missing items in your order. Often times an unacceptable wait time. The final straw coming to this place was food poisoning from my most recent visit. Imagine that, my order gets messed up and it gets me sick. The other reviews are not being hyperbolic, it is one of the worst Burger Kings in Central VA. Save yourself the pain (literally), do not get off the highway to eat here.

If I could give this zero stars I would. We just stoped in, the day before Thanksgiving. At 830 am and put our order in the kiosk and paid. There were no other customers.Then the woman working told us she couldn’t make our food because she was the only one there. We didn’t understand why she couldn’t, but told her then we wanted our $28 back. She said she didn’t know how to do that and acted like that was that. We told her again that we would like our money back if she wasn’t going to make our food, so she called her boss and finally figured it out. The entire time my husband apologized to her that her day was crummy with people not showing up for work to help her, and she just rudely ignored him and gave him the silent treatment. After getting our money back he thanked her and told her again sorry and that he hopes she has a better day and she ignored him and rudely walked off. What happened to customer service? We wasted 20 mins to be treated like garbage and walk away with nothing. We, the customers, were not wrong in any way, yet were treated awful by the employee, who was in the wrong for not being willing to make our food and continued to be extremely rude to our family. Awful experience. She does not need to be working anywhere in customer service! If you are having a bad day, sorry, but you DO NOT take It out on customers, period. Being able to work with customers in any situation takes maturity, respect, and an ability to persevere which she had none of that. WORST restaurant experience in my life.

This franchise should be closed immediately. I looked for a sign showing the franchise owner, but there was none. I’m not a Karen. I understand that there are many issues that come up running a business. But, for God’s sake, take some steps to improve your investment. Just have a look at the kitchen. The ice machine is rusted out. The freezer door is falling apart. The soft drink machines are almost out of syrup and ice. The tables are full of trash and food. They are a sticky mess. There are 4 people on duty. It took 21 minutes to get a Whopper Combo and cup. This was at 2:30pm, so there was no lunch rush. If you’re headed South on 95, go another exit to Ashland. North, go to Carmel Church exit. You’re welcome!
