Wonderful service and fresh food. Came in before lunch rush and was greeted by an gentleman that wanted to help me with the kiosks. After having issues with my payment, the other workers were so kind to help me get it processed. I would definitely be back if it wasn’t that I was just passing by on vacation.

This has to be the worse taco bell in all of North Carolina I hope AI takes everyone’s job at this place I ordered a meal and got two peices of meat (my other taco had more) when I went in I see an associate with my same order tacos loaded , overflowing, I ask the manager she says that’s what u can get per corporate is one hand full no decency for humanity she made any excuse to be right knowing she was dead wrong sick people

I recently placed an order through The Taco Bell App and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although the order was accepted promptly, it took nearly two hours for it to be delivered. As a result, the food arrived cold, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the cinnamon sticks (I ordered several packs) were completely lacking cinnamon, which was quite surprising and disappointing. To add to this, there were no napkins included in the bag, which is a basic expectation.
Given these issues, I have decided not to order from Taco Bell or use the delivery service again in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other customers.

The Franks RedHot Double Crispy Chicken Bonkerrito. Added steak and jalapenos. Add diablo sauce and it prevents the flu. Just don’t snot on your Baco Tell Bonkerrito. They run a tight ship. Probably because of a better orientation and training. I remember a family around the year 2000 and up that all their siblings worked at a Taco Bell nearby as their first job while they were attending high school.

I would definitely give this a no star if possible, Every time I get food here they manage to get it wrong they are incompetent and inconsistent like no other Taco Bell or fast food establishment I’ve been too, please learn to take pride in your work regardless if it’s just at a Taco Bell 40$ of a waste of money

After working late yesterday I was in no mood to cook, so I pulled up the Taco Bell app and placed my order for pickup. After paying 42 dollars for my order, getting home and opening the bag I realize that everything is below acceptable quality. The tacos had almost no meat and were extremely greasy to the point of the tortilla being saturated. Both chicken quesadillas were almost entirely sauce and cheese with at least 1/4 being only the tortilla void of any toppings.
The crunch wraps were the same story, almost an empty tortilla with another one inside. The only thing that was satisfactory were the potatoes, which were NOT $42.00 satisfying. Such a ridiculous experience paying that much for basically tortillas and sauce.

Had problems with their online ordering and they won’t take your order at the counter but one cashier who was not on the clock came to help while the other workers did not offer to help. Not everyone likes the kiosk systems, my father can’t read and they had about 50 sets of finger prints on them. Praise to Tariah for stepping up. Thank you so much! Friendly person. Attached is a photo of the loaded taco fires.

Service was extremely slow for not being busy. Nobody working the counter so you had to use the kiosk to order. Food tasted good but wasn’t hot, which was surprising considering the slow service. Also, the quesadilla.. see photo. Might as well have not cut it at all…
