First time visiting here. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Calamari was excellent. Pizza would have been wonderful but the crust was mushy. Very, very wet. Will go back again and try other dishes. Really wish the pizza wasn’t so wet.

Wow what happened to this place. We hadn’t been in just over a year. I’m an east coast Italian food snob I admit that. This place actually scratched the itch last time we were there. Granted we got there about 20 minutes past 7 and their kitchen closed at 8. I still expect good food and service if the kitchen is open. Our waitress was terrible. She couldn’t have been in a worse mood and literally couldn’t wait for us to get out of there. It wasn’t even 730 and she was rushing us to order. She said the kitchen closed at 8 not the restaurant. So at least let us decide what we want. I ordered calamari. It was fried beyond recognition and was disgusting. For my main I ordered chicken Parmigian. My spaghetti was cold and I don’t care if it was homemade it was terrible even if it was hot. The chicken once again was over fried. The sauce was terrible. The best thing I had was the salad and my wine. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but we won’t be returning. It’s a shame because it was pretty decent last time we went. If you think this is good food you’ve never had real Italian food.

We tried this spot for date night and really enjoyed it. Clean, cozy atmosphere, a pleasant waitress, and well made dirty martinis set the tone right away. We both loved our dinners, the salads were clearly made with fresh veggies, and the homemade meatballs in my sub were especially delicious. Would happily come back.

I came with a friend for lunch. I had a meatball sandwich while he had a classic eggplant Parmesan. The food came out really fast and the service in general was good. In my opinion, the food was only passable. The minestrone soup was very dark in color and tasted like maybe all the leftover went into it. The meatballs were fine but the baguette was mass market quality. My friend liked his eggplant parm, he said it was very crispy but the pasta lacked sauce and the veggies had no seasoning.

A very solid restaurant. My wife loves their pizza and I have always loved their chicken parm and the fried calamari. We don’t go for the drinks much but the selection is decent enough. The service has also always been very nice with zero complaints.

Overall, its a good middle of the road restaurant if you want something nicer than say Chili’s, but not as nice as a steakhouse.

If I’m going out for Italian, I only order something I can’t make at home. The house-made spaghetti fit the bill!! PLUS, they serve a *legit* carbonara with it! Win-win! We had some warm garlic knots and the marinara sauce was delicious. Accolades to the kitchen staff! All that, paired with a nice Montepulciano, then a Limoncello for dessert made for a nice birthday outing! Thanks for making it special, Gondolier!

WOW! This was our first time here. I had the special ravioli – spinach, mushroom, onion. Fantastic. My husband had traditional spaghetti with sausage. Garlic knots. The best Cosmo in a very long time. We will be back.

The food and service were out of this world amazing the owner/manager that was there was super nice and very understanding with the orders I personally have only been here this once and it was one of the best dining out experiences that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. And I would eat here everyday if I could.much love and respect to the managers owners and to anyone who works here thank you for the amazing service and for the even better food.❤️❤️

Really wanted to love this place as we always see the parking lot full. Decided to give it a try. The food just wasn’t good sadly. No seasoning and very bland.

I got the chicken piccata which only tasted like butter. There was no lemon flavor at all and I felt like I had to dump salt over the dish to make it somewhat enjoyable.

My husband got the chicken parmesan and he experience the same underwhelming flavor. He mentioned the spaghetti was the best part of the dish, but the broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way through and was still raw.

Service was lacking as well which was a little disappointing. Thankfully my husband and I are low maintenance but as both of us are in the service industry, we were left disappointed with the service.

Sadly, given our experience we will not be back. We hope this was a one off, however given there are similar reviews stating the same, it may be best to pass on this restaurant.
