I like the dried tsukemen — the soup is rich and full of sardine and dried bonito flavour.
Noodles are chewy and springy. Really satisfying every bite.
Come early as there’s usually a queue.
Also tried the shrimp and avocado with mango sauce.
This one I’ll pass — the mango and mayo combo is too filling and a bit jelak.
Ingredients wise, the noodles is quite different in texture from other ramen places, so I guess it’s a matter of personal preference. Charsiu and onsen egg were both very well done. Overall an enjoyable meal.
Spiciness is actually slim to none.
To conclude, $17 before tax for this above average tsukemen is worth it once in a while. There will be short queue usually around 645-730pm.

Recommend to try it.
We ordered the Niigata Shoyu Ramen with special full toppings and the Maze Soba with aburi chashu.
I personally enjoyed the maze soba. The noodles were chewy and the sauce was rich and flavourful, making it the more satisfying dish for me.
The Niigata shoyu ramen, on the other hand, has a very light and clean broth. If you enjoy subtle flavours, this might suit you. But if you’re looking for something thicker and more punchy, I’d recommend choosing the tonkotsu instead.
One thing I still don’t quite understand is the long queue. It doesn’t seem to be due to food quality alone. The restaurant wasn’t full, and I could see the chefs standing around idling, which suggests there may be some inefficiencies in how seating or service is being managed.
Overall, decent ramen, but the queue doesn’t really match the experience.

The ramen noodles served today were extremely low quality: very flat and thin, more like kway teow than ramen. I checked with the waitress, and she confirmed (after checking with the kitchen) that all noodle batches made today were not up to their usual standard. What bothered me most was being told there was nothing they could do about it.
For a restaurant that specializes in ramen, serving noodles the kitchen already knows are below standard—and offering no replacement —reflects poorly on quality control and the chef’s judgment. I hope they take this seriously, because I genuinely used to recommend this place.
Update:
The waitress kindly waived my ramen bill, which I appreciate. That said, I hope the food quality can be maintained more consistently.
We ordered a dry ramen and soup ramen. Huge portion!! The dry ramen dip have a smokey flavour with sardines. Interesting tastes but I still preferred the soup one.
Before I forget they have a 7-8 range of good sake, that you can order by the glass, so you can sample 2-3 different sake, without buying a half or full bottle. And the sake really taste great, with good aroma, balance, and fragrance. Loved it.
Back to the noodle, it is al dente, so it is bouncy and chewy, just the raight spongeyness. The soup as I mentioned is really good quality because you can taste is freshness and richness.
We ordered one with the Shoyu and the other is the Sardine broth, both were excellent. The soup was good all to the last spoon!
We started the night with Oden, and it is served with the usual stuff and it comes with mustard. And it goes very well with the egg, radish, fish roll, etc etc.
We also ordered the cucumber appetizer that comes with a spicy miso sauce. And i liked it because it creates freshness in the mouth betweent he spoons of delicious noodle that you are having.
Last but not least the service was good. The people looked tired, so you need to wave or call out to them to get attention. IT is not a deal-breaker, but i do think that they have take care of their own staff, as one can clearly see the outlet is making money.
The long queue is to be taken seriously. If you go after 6.30pm you may have to wait for 45 mins or more. So go before 6.15pm to get a good table fast. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for high quality ramen.
Noodle is springy and the broth is just nice to my taste (not too sweet / salty)
No queue around 11.30am on a weekday..
