It was “no problem”. The customer service was amazing, the food was fast and delish! Thanks for making my family feel welcome.
Sydney F was super helpful.
absolutely outrageous..
No wonder it’s ALWAYS empty.
People are getting IN n Out meal for 9.00… THATS how you make money… not by charging insane amounts for food that costs next to nothing.
We came in because we recently had an amazing experiences at another Five Guys in Phoenix, and assumed they’d all have the same standards. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing meal we’ve had from Five Guys.
My husband and I both ordered our burgers lettuce wrapped, but nothing about them was wrapped they just used two small pieces of lettuce that didn’t even cover the burgers. Everything was falling apart and all the toppings were sliding out. The Phoenix location wrapped them properly, which made them easy to eat and delicious, that’s what made us come in again.
Secondly, the fries were terrible. Even our kids were complaining that they were “like soggy noodles.” They were undercooked, limp, and folded over on themselves.
The taste of the burgers was fine, but the presentation and quality were a complete mess. We expected the same quality and care we’ve experienced before, but this location really missed the mark.
Cons:
Price
Quality of food
Pros: you get frys in the bag I guess
