Two-star bathrooms and dining room. They were functional but not pleasant, with a faint smell and surfaces that could have used more attention. In the dining area, several tables were in need of wiping, and I later noticed a napkin and a couple of stray fries on the floor under one of them. Had I seen that before sitting down, we probably would have chosen another spot.
Ordering through the app was easy, and the food was brought directly to our table by a cheerful crew member, which was a nice touch. Everything arrived hot and properly prepared. Mrs. K. enjoyed her Filet-O-Fish, remarking that it was as good as any she’s had elsewhere. My chicken strips were crisp, flavorful, and served piping hot. The sweet tea, however, was a disappointment. It tasted more like sugar water with coloring than actual tea, as if someone had shouted the word “Tea!” at the cup and called it good.
Overall, this McDonald’s was convenient and average. The service was friendly and the food met expectations, but the cleanliness of the dining area and bathrooms left something to be desired. It would not be my first choice, but it worked in the moment. I’ve certainly been to better McDonald’s locations, and I’ve also been to worse.

So many issues at this McDonald’s. 7 times now they have taken my code and my points and then claimed their system had a glitch and there is nothing they could do. Keeping my points and my food. I also don’t think they understand the term fast food. Multiple times I have had to wait half an hour to over an hour to get 1 meal! 2 days ago all I ordered was French fries and it took 50 minutes to get them and the bottom half of the fries was chewy and cold..the kind of old that I would expect from leaving them on the counter for a few hours. The top half was new fries. Also huge life threatening issues with employees not taking allergies seriously. When they are told egg only and add meat that they were told I have anaphylaxis to and I ended up having to get a epi shot over. All we get from them is oops. No apology..no refund…unacceptable.

always always slow. The other day I went there before work for simply a medium fry and a medium caramel frappe it took them 15 minutes and then I had to go up there and ask for my food so that I wouldn’t be late to work. Today I went there to get my little brother dinner. I asked for a five dollar meal, which is supposed to be cheeseburger small fry four piece nugget and a small drink. This lady rung up a medium cheeseburger meal with two cheeseburgers, a medium fry and a medium drink, which is not at all, but I asked for.

I ordered through drive-thru and the lady was super friendly! Paid and went to the 2nd window. Mind you only ordered 2 small sandwiches 1 was modified 1 was not! So how the heck did the NON-MODIFIED SANDWICH END UP WITH TARTER SAUCE ON IT?!?! I TOOK PICS AND CALLED! mind you I ate the burger first none of the food was fresh!!!! the manager questioned weather we were there today or not!!!! we are on our way back home to Tennessee. (Time difference) she told me to turn around and come back I told her that’s not what I was calling for I was telling her so they can be aware what was happening!!! She did not care so I hung up on her! Good thing I’m not allergic to it like I am many other things! Would not recommend this mcdonalds to anyone! And yes I know what tarter is I love it but not on a Mcchicken . I threw the sandwich away it was quite nasty.

Horrible customer service, very rude and no free refills. It’s amazing how these corporations are charging more and more and servicing less and less. I would avoid spending your money here.

The service is slow. Expect to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru. Our orders are almost always wrong and the staff always seem overwhelmed and confused.

Literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Make sure to check your bag before you leave the drive through because 100% of the time they will mess something up or forget something completely.
