When with my 7month pregnant woman. Arrived around 8:30pm, was told they had no non alcoholic beer after asking, ordered soda, they brought our soda in a paper cup, no straw until our food came out, looked at menu and they had non-alcoholic beer, ordered that, because who the heck dines in to drink out of a paper cup while everyone around you gets a plastic cup or glass. When food came out the celery was uncleaned with dirt and they never washed them or cut the tips! Quickest way to get sick from E.coli. Explained to server celery was not safe to eat. They proceeded to bring a whole tray of celery to our table “still dirty not cut of washed?” As if we wanted more dirty celery! They tried to stiff me on the bill for drinking out of a paper cup after they promised to bring drinks in a proper cup when available! Other tables sitting after us got glass and plastic cups , thy treated us like we were trash! I’ve spent close to $5k since opening! Never going again! The Who staff including the manager never said sorry or any apology for intentionally trying to make us sick. Becuse not doing your job right in food industry is intentional harm to others! Who ever is steering that ship needs to be replaced along with staff!

Ariels a good server, all the others are terrible. If me and my friends go in late after work, we never have a problem if Ariels the closing server. If we go in late and theres someone else, we get terrible service or stopped. We got stopped the other day and they told us they’re not seating an hour and 15 minutes before close, which we know is a lie because when Ariels worked before she’s taken us at 11 on the dot, and another servers taken us even later before. We get it, it’s late, everyone wants to go home, but it’s the only place open, with decent food, after we’re done working. We’ve also had an instance where on a Saturday, where it says online they close at 1am, me and my friends got there at 11:00. At 11:45 we were told the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t order anything after we had ordered dinner. 2 minutes later our server stood at the end of the table with the checks after we had just gotten our food and handed them out. Then our server proceeded to stare at us until we got our money out and handed him the bills. After that we finished eating and were leaving, my friend forgot to order a dessert and asked if there was any possibility that we could, they were told no. Whatever, no big deal, until my friend goes to the bar to see someone they know and watched as their friend ordered the dessert they wanted. After being told he couldn’t because the kitchen was “closed” by our server. When we heard about it we sent a form to the manager because what a load of BS. If you ever find yourself there, ask for Ariel. The other servers need to take notes from her.

First time ever at any Buffalo Wild Wings and was not impressed. First we were told that there is a 25 minute wait not because there was no tables but because there was a rush on takeout orders. So no problem we sat at the bar. We ordered with Heather (the bartender) We ordered ate and got our bill and there was an extra charge that I questioned apparently there was a misunderstanding on what was ordered. Ok that’s fine. The reason and the only reason I’m posting this is the way Heather treated me when paying our bill. She SLAMMED the check on the bar and said “have a nice day “ in a tone. I still left her a $5 tip.

A group of us went for dinner. Average at best on all counts. Servings were not as generous as the appear in the pictures on the menu. Service was ok, but not stellar, especially considering they were not excessively busy. Atmosphere was ok, average. Not likely to hurry back soon!

Went to North Port location for lunch with my Dad, hostess seated us promptly and allowed us to change out hard bar stool for padded one…. went downhill from there. We ordered our drinks and ultimate nachos with chicken from our server, Analeigh. Then we waited. Our nachos came out first delivered by another server without chicken. Our server came with our drinks. I mentioned that our nachos did not have the chicken on them we ordered. She said she did not put it on the order but that she would get us some…. a few minutes later she arrived with a small bowl of chicken. I commented that we received our food before our drinks and her response was that she had a large table she was taking care of and that she was only one person…. we ate our food and drank our drinks. Nachos were soggy… chicken made them a bit better but sprinkled on top instead of in the nachos wasn’t them same…. we were going to order more food but nixed that idea after the “not so ultimate” nachos. Very disappointed in service received. If the restaurant was very busy I could understand but there were more empty tables that occupied ones!

I have to say this was the worst tasting food from a buffalo wild wings I’ve ever had. The nachos tasted like plastic, cheese was weird and old, chicken was dry. Then the fries lacked seasoning!!!! As for service it gets worse!! Me and my fiancee sat for a long time unattended with zero updates about our extremely long wait on the food! I asked to watch the Knicks on TV nearby and they put the game on a TV all the way by the entrance. I don’t know if we were treated differently due to being an interracial couple with a baby but it was bad!!! Servers were selective to other tables and we definitely got timed out!!! What a disgrace can’t find good quality restaurants it feels like these days

Good food & atmosphere!! The mini corn dogs are on the kids menu but they are delicious even for adults! The Southwest Chicken salad was very refreshing but the jalapeños are NOT pickled so… if you don’t like spicy, BEWARE!! The burger was great after a day on the water!!

This place is rocking all week and weekend. It’s one of the few places that stay open late and has a big following in the ever exploding town. Now being a somewhat health conscious foodie, I dont like their double breaded wings, but the vibe and drinks here are the best. The servers are great, the place is always clean and everyone seems happy. They are always open and service is fast. It is spacious and great for office events as well!
