I only order a 3 piece chicken tender. I waited behind a couple for 12 minutes, no one else stepped up to take my order so I waited. Ordered my food, it took 16 minutes. I made it back to my vehicle, cold chicken tender parts. How is that possible? I was out of time to deal with it, running behind to an important meeting. Otherwise, I would have marched right back in. They were fully staffed, so no excuses. Horrible experience.

I don’t know if they have a new cook or what but the food quality has gone down hill and is inconsistent. One day my biscuits are dry and the next they are light and undercooked. The chicken was better than last time I can say that. Last time the chicken was light and needed more frying time luckily it wasn’t raw but the breading wasn’t crunchy. All in all a disappointment.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered two 5-piece classic tender meals with fries and Sprites through DoorDash, and what I got was nothing close to what I paid for. They sent me only 3 pieces of bone-in chicken, one tiny order of fries that were cold and stale, two random drinks instead of Sprites, and no sauces at all.
This isn’t just a small mistake, it was a completely wrong and incomplete order. On top of that, the food they did send was old and inedible. It’s unacceptable to charge people full price and deliver something this careless.
If you’re considering ordering from this location, beware: accuracy and quality clearly aren’t a priority here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Ordered the $5 online special. Online you can customize your order. I placed 3 orders along with mashed potatoes and strawberry cheesecake. The guy was looking at the screen and acting like he was giving me the pieces I requested. I get to my car and none of my orders were right. One box even had chicken that was old and burnt. I went back in to get my order corrected. The manager had an attitude. After waiting for the correct food, they still gave me the wrong pieces in 2 boxes. This is extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Give the customer what they ask and pay for and chicken you would want to eat. Needless to say if I hadn’t checked, I would be have been very upset once I got home, a long with the other 2 people I ordered for. Why do you all do this? Ticked me all the way off. Get it together!!!!

Not a great experience… 5 piece tender was a box of various chicken pieces, not 5 tenders. Mac and cheese had crusted over and was tough. Pretty expensive for the quality, disappointing.

I ordered online today 7/8/2025 for my family. I went to pick up the order (seamless). The lady said someone from grubhub (a light skinned girl) picked it up for delivery… How? when I never put my address in. She didn’t have anything to do with it they picked it up. I don’t have $30 for someone to just take. They never once apologized.
