Very disappointed in this place as I eat here several times a year and it’s my favorite seafood place. On Dec 23rd at night I called in a seafood order for me and someone else and they were going to pick it up. We ordered 1/2 shrimp head off, 2 clusters of snow crab in cajun mild sauce and lemon pepper wings w fries. The next day, I heated up the seafood boil bag and realized when I opened it that it was somebody else’s order. Crawfish, boiled eggs, and a cluster of crab in Crab De Jour sauce.
Mind you, this is $65 of food. The paper bag on the outside is the correct order, however the seafood bag on the inside has the other persons receipt and it even says “Delivery” at the top. I didn’t touch the food as I don’t eat crawfish nor do I like eggs with seafood. Not a fan of the sauce either. I figured they’d be closed on Christmas as 99% of businesses are so we decided to call today. We were told that nothing could be done other than a $6 off discount for the next seafood bag we may order. That’s over $120 worth of food total that I only got one meal out of. lol no thanks. I unfortunately heated up the bag with the receipt they threw on it, but you can clearly see it says delivery and that both receipts are two different orders.
The person I spoke to on the phone initially was also rude, trying to rush me off the phone before I could even finish the order.
Disappointed that they couldn’t even bother to give the $$ back as it’s one of their employees who made the mistake. Look over peoples order before putting it in the bag and handing it out.

Had a great experience for my a birthday dinner even got a cake. The build your own platter was perfect and the Crab Du Jour special sauce was everything perfectly balanced spice and flavor. The bar was a great addition to the dinner the drinks were great. Don’t sleep on their wings whewww. Thanks again for a enjoyable experience.

This was my first time going and they did not disappoint. I ordered a crab boil with shrimp, dungeoness crab, mussels that came with corn and potatoes. My sauce was garlic butter cajun spicy. So delicious

I got the wing basket with half lemon pepper and half Cajun! The Cajun was chefs kiss and I appreciate the fact I could also taste the lemon in my lemon pepper and it wasn’t just coated in nothing but salt. The bottom of my basket also had lemon pepper juices! It was well worth my $16 or so and the sweet potatoes fries were a great pairing! Had an awesome taste that really brought everything together! I’ll be back!

We came for the Crab Boils, they were good. The food came out fast and hot. The tea was a little too sweet for my taste however, my husband loved it. Everything else was good. I would visit again.
Tip: The mild seasoning still has a slight kick to it, but it’s not overwhelming.

I ordered take out. My order was taken quickly, the host didn’t rush me and was patient while I decided on my order. I waited outside for just a few but could of waited inside in waiting area but I decided by my own choice to wait outside. I came back and my order was ready just that fast. Soon as I walked through the door a staff member acknowledged me with a smile and asked what was my order. I told her she quickly grabbed and brought it to me. I was in and out quickly. Grear customer service and great food. I definitely recommend
