Ordered 3 burgers and a fry through drive through, shoved into the smallest bag possible and smashed to pieces when we arrived home. Do better Burger King, then maybe your employees wouldn’t feel the need to shove the food out the window and slam it.

During the day, awesome place. At night the place is horrible. Night Management could care less about you or your food. Ordered cheese burger and fries. Had to wait on fries, okay no problem, I like them cooked good even a little longer cooked I told her. Burger came out and set for a while, she had them pull the fries early for drive thru. Now I get a cooled down burger and fries that are hot but under cooked. I will come back in the day time and at evening I will go to a different store. Thank you for listening.

The Burger King serves up fast food quick. I tried a whopper with a fountain drink from the touch screen machine. The venue was very clean with a few high top chairs and many accessible tables indoors.

Visited this location on 12/16/25 – the line for the drive thru was short, the service was great, and our food was tasty and correct.
However, i was a bit flustered when ordering since the digital drive thru menu closest to the building wasn’t operational. I don’t frequent BK often so not having this menu available significantly impacted my experience. When I informed the staff member at the window they advised that it’s been broken/down for months!
Upper Management and/or corporate needs to fix this issue as soon as possible. This experience would have been a 5/5 stars if I had had the option to actually choose what I wanted to eat instead of going with what I know they’re known for (the whopper)
I empathize with the staff for constantly having to deal with this issue and the frustrated customers that (I’m sure) come with it.

The wonderful drive thru dude is amazing! Fast, friendly, always great with suggestions of how to improve my culinary experiances. (Have you tried it with BBQ sauce!? I’ll throw one in the bag) He is such a bright ray of sunshine, no matter how busy they are!

So far, the worst BK I’ve visited. The food is cold, fries are not salty (like, no salt at all, they just forgot to add it), meat is half cooked and doesn’t have that grilled taste that we all love in BK’s food.

Please change your hours of operation on your website. This is the 2nd time this week I have stopped after 6am and have sat in the drive thru with out being acknowledged. If you are not open then the website should reflect the right times.

I received 2 under cooked impossible whoppers on my lunch break at 930pm. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back to complain. I contacted burgerking and they said its due to the ingredients why it was under cooked appearance. Im guessing the cooks were rushing to leave and didnt finish cooking it. I got handed my bag and she said goodnight. The vibe I got was not pleasant from that “goodnight”. I did prefer bk over McDonald’s but not anymore.

Employees sitting in dining room at 930 with doors locked. Hours of operation on door say 11pm. My vehicle was to tall for drive through so I was unable to spend my here. Probably won’t again honestly. Went to McDonalds down the street and they were open like their hours say.
