I recently had a terrible experience ordering through the DoorDash app so I came into the store to see if service would be better. I’m a local foodie and decided to give it another shot. This time was later at night but the food wasn’t awful but also wasn’t good. It was more burnt not even fresh frozen how it’s advertised. I love Wendy’s but this place made the fries super hard where it tasted like lays potato chips. They got me new ones when I went after the drive thru inside and decided to also do another order with nuggets but those also didn’t taste good so I’m honestly 0/3 at these locations hope you everyone esle has better experience than I did! Even after I tried giving them more opportunities

Came from Pocatello to enjoy a day out of town and decided to go to Wendy’s for lunch. The service was subpar. The only “adult” on site was a manager and saying they were an adult is questionable. I paid over $50 to feed my family of 4 and we all ordered Ranch for our fries and tenders. Tell me why we were given 4 ranches total and told if we wanted more, it’d be .50 each. You’d think 2 a piece would be standard. Not only were they skimpy on the ranches, they put very little cheese sauce on our cheesy bacon cheeseburger. We had to ask for extra. Very disappointing

I cannot eat gluten so eating out can be difficult for me. It’s obvious when staff understand allergies and how they relate to the foods they serve. When I asked about food allergies here, the staff was happy to ask, but came back and told me they were not trained or certified to let me know which items on their menu were gluten free, which is frustrating.
It doesn’t take any special training outside of staff being able to read a sheet that identifies common allergens for each menu item. I’ve seen it at many other restaurants and always gives me a sense of security when I eat at those places
I don’t blame the staff, but honestly Wendy’s management should just invest in a little extra training for their staff to know how to check foods. People in the food industry should understand food allergies.
Or at the very least make allergy info more available on their website so people can feel safe ordering food.

Last couple of times I’ve been thru here their ice machine is broken. No worries but at least let the customers know before handing them a flat nasty soda. Wasted money. 3rd time it’s happened to me. McDonald’s down the road loves to see me coming for my cup of ice. Personally my drink is the best part of the meal and the last few times I’ve been thru this location, they’ve given no heads up. No one likes flat warm soda with their hot meal.

They took away the crispy chicken BLT Biggie bag, and increased the prices of the cheap Biggie Bags to $8 from $5. That, combined with their doing away with the excellent sweet and sour sauce means I will probably not eat at Wendy’s anymore.

Ordered door dash and we are a 5 minute drive away. Tell me why the nuggets were refried 2 times, extremely dry, and completely inedible? The fries were okay, but the double stack was also as dry as the Sahara. The burger patties were probably sitting there for a while. Sad…

Waited nearly an hour for our online order and never got it. Got a refund and left. Would’ve been faster to eat at LongHorn or Olive Garden next door than here for “Fast Food”.

Anthony was very kind and pleasant. He was great at explaining the menu and offering suggestions for a good meal. My order was ready quickly, hot, and fresh.

I always enjoy this Wendy’s location, they are always friendly, fast, and efficient. They are the most busy since the interstate exit is right here, but even busy they do a great job. I suggest it to anyone for a quick snack or even lunch/dinner. The chicken nuggets is the greatest reason to eat at Wendy’s better than any nuggets in Idaho falls! But all their food is good.

I’m sorry to have to say that I actually had the worst experience tonight then I’ve ever had in a Wendy’s, dining in. I had one of the new combo meals. The mushroom burger with added avocado combo and a sour cream and chives baked potato with shredded cheddar cheese. Because I had issues before with the drive-thru service not giving condiments or butter and sour cream for my baked potato, I asked ahead of time to make sure I didn’t have a problem this time. The person taking my order told me that butter doesn’t come with the baked potato. Imagine my shock, since I’ve been ordering the same baked potato for many years! It has always come with butter on the side. Never had to ask for it. Who wants a dry potato? Anyway, I get my order and the fries were dark, hard & not very warm. My daughter took them back to the counter and asked for some fresh fries. She actually saw them dump them in the garbage. But then they gave her another order of fries that were identical and weren’t fresh either. My burger was dry and had hard cheese on it. Looks like it might have been sitting and maybe they just added the mushrooms and avocado. Mushrooms and avocado were fresh though. My baked potato skin was wrinkled, hard and very crusty. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the meal and I was really looking forward to eating here. I usually always have a great dining experience at Wendy’s, so this really caught me off guard. Hopefully the next time it will be better. Not sure if I’m coming back to this particular one though. Too bad it’s the nearest to my home.
