Service was very attentive and polite. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed. The food alone is far past the casual dining standard. I make my own marinara sauce from scratch, and I can tell you just by flavor alone this restaurant does too, the best pasta sauce I’ve over had in a restaurant! The salad bar is excellently decorated and diverse in choices. Side note, Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert, because the selection is perfectly sweet and satisfying without being too rich.

The buffet is a high-end buffet & super fresh!
The dessert table is amazing & huge! They have a wide variety of desserts, including sugar-free! The neapolatin parfait was amazing & such a beautiful presentation!

We went to Hank’s for their Harry Potter themed brunch and we had a rather good experience. That staff is friendly, with everyone greeting us and our waitress checking in frequently, even though she was busy. The place has a very charming ambiance, with the farm element really being played up, though they could stand to upgrade to better napkins. They were very flimsy. As for the food, the brunch buffet was a little hit or miss, but the offerings it’s were good far more than the weren’t. The fried chicken was crunchy and tasty, but the roast beef was dry and overcooked. The biscuits and gravy were quite a solid rendition of the dish, but the Brussels were like bricks. Overall, we were very pleased and there were so many options that it was easy to find something good.

Went at Noon for Sunday brunch. Food wasn’t great. Almost everything was dried out and tasteless. Not coming back again. Expected better Food and more variety. Salad bar was non existent. Should have been better for the cost.

Been looking at going here for a year and finally made it here. Atmosphere is quiet, relaxing and welcoming. Our waitress was pretty attentive. The food ehhhh disappointing for the cost, started at the salad bar with trying to cut bread with very dull knives also not much of a selection and the lettuce was wilted and did not look fresh, the entrees – Low Quality cut meat – prime rib was extremely hard to chew, the filet steak was ok but I have had better, the loaded baked potato has thick skin and again the knives at the table were also dull. Overall it was just ok probably wouldn’t be a hey lets go here again type place ! LAKEVIEW in Yorkville blows this place out if the water and has higher quality food with a cheaper price tag !!!

Took over an hour one way to get here, and it was way worth it. The food was great, so many desserts I couldn’t try them all. The service was awesome they always kept our table clear of plates, and my soda was always full.
Inside the restaurant is only one part of the atmosphere. I’m sure later in the year when the pond and water fountains are going, the outside will be amazing. I think I counted about 6 peacocks walking around.
I think the store outside is permanently closed but they have a few things you can buy in the restaurant. Would have been nice to come here when the store was open.
I’ll definitely be going back in a few months to see everything in full bloom around the restaurant and having another great meal.

I would never get the Caprese chicken again. It was bland and fairly tasteless. I do understand that they are known for their fried chicken. The salad bar is small and rather awkwardly arranged.
