Our server was great and made sure we weren’t without drinks or water. Lobster bisque was good and had a nice amount of chunks of lobster. Bacon wrapped scallops (3) were a little disappointing as the blueberry sauce overtook the dish. Pork Belly Lollipops were a not cooked evenly as some pieces were tender and flavorful while others were dry/overdone. Blackened Haddock fish tacos were okay as the fish tasted fresh but sauce was a little overwhelming and covered how great the haddock was. Overall the service was great but the food was underwhelming for the price.

The Steak Frites was not as good as expected. The Parmesan fries seemed to me, since I don’t know how to cook, like regular fries just added some Parmesan cheese on top. The steak tasted just okay. Totally not getting it again and would not recommend it. I had better steak before.

Granted we were there at the end of the season, ordered a burger medium and it was rare and not warm. Couldnt eat it. Also had fish and chips. Fish was ok, the batter had an interesting flavor, maybe cumin?? The fries were a hit, tasted great. Also had broccolini, it was cooked well and had a good flavor.

Our original dinner plans fell through when the place we’d planned to go was closed for the off-season — and honestly, we’re so glad they were! We ended up here instead, and it was such a great surprise. Definitely not your average pizza joint. We tried two different pizzas (both amazing!) and a beer flight with plenty of sours, which we loved. The staff was super friendly — even though it was really busy and they seemed a bit overwhelmed, service was still fast and efficient. We’ll 100% be back!

Solid experience at Blaze! The wood-fired options really drew us in, and the menu is packed with a ton of great choices. I went with the mojo chicken, my wife had the steak tacos, and since we were starving after a full day of hiking in Acadia, we also split the fish tacos. Service was good, atmosphere was fine, and overall the food was solid.

We sat at the bar—so glad we did! The bartender was amazing. Food was delicious—wings, blackened fish tacos, and fries were all perfect. Even the local seltzer hit the spot. Highly recommend!

We were seated promptly in the outdoor section. We ordered the duck burger and the chorizo pizza. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the ricotta base was the highlight. The duck burger was delicious too but the egg in the burger was overcooked. If a burger has an egg on it, it HAS to have a runny yolk, otherwise it’s pointless to have an egg at all. At $23 for this burger, we expected the egg to be cooked perfectly.

The drinks were really good. The food was equally impressive. Their veggie pesto pizza was amazing and a must try. Incredibly fast and attentive service. The vibe was very lively. Highly recommended.
