Please tell me why it takes over 30min, when the place is not busy, to get 30 wings?
There were 3 other tables that were seated after myself and my date they got food 10-15min before us. They had boneless wings just like us.
Will not be coming back because this happens often here according to friends and family.

Cold fries. Waitress said she’d bring fresh ones but never did. Cheesesteak sandwich half the size of one pictured on menu. Waitress said if I put them together they’d be a little bit more like pic. I usually don’t whine but this stuff has been costing a fortune and it needs to be right.

My fries was cold after I waited 30 mins.
The customer service needs touched up. You have to know how to treat people who spend the hard earned money on a meal. My meal ended up being $30 and man I wanted my money back after that wait and bad customer service.

Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was attentive and welcoming. I’d give it a five for food but it’s a chain and having lived in Buffalo for a time I have had better wings. That said, the cook on the chicken was good and I was sauced well without being too much. The cheese curds were great though.

To go order of 20 piece boneless and large wedges barely fed my 2 kids. Boneless wings must have been the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. Cook staff should’ve felt too guilty to even try to pass them off as boneless wings. Make sure you check your food before you leave the parking lot. I was extremely disappointed and won’t be back anytime soon.

The problem is that they do not give you your change. If your bill is $15.75 and you give a $20.
They give you back.$4 . Where is the quarter. It’s mine until I decide to include it as a part of a bigger tip.i would have tipped $4.
I asked a supervisor she said it’s up to the server . The defenses the server from taking my quarter saying she only makes $2.13 an hour. So she has a right to take my money. If she did this one hundred times a month that would be $25 she has stolen. If you’re a cashier and you take $25 from your employer well.

Now we are not coming back because bathe supervisor excused the pilfering.

Ordered to go from door dash. The driver had to wait for my order and messaged me as such. My order was then received without the drinking paid for or the sauce that was to go on my cheesecake. The French fries were cold and old and the hamburger was soggy and tasted like wild game. Never again will I waste my money on this establishment

My stars are only all over because until the manager was involved the kid at the FOH was very sassy eye rolling and when I asked to speak to the manager he said uh huh.
Ordered take out luckily checked it as we had asked for veggies on our bacon Mac & cheese sandwich but if they could be on the side the guy we called into said nothing that it didn’t come with veggies. I ordered a blackberry burger and salad no salad came. When I then went back inside he stared at me as I then showed him the items and then walked away and brought back a salad. As fast as he made the salad I am unsure if he even put gloves on. When finally spoke to the manager she was so attentive she even couldn’t hear us well on the phone and came outside to reassure the order was correct before the order was remade. She told us it the young man usually works kitchen but he usually has a attitude and she would address it and was very apologetic. I did not get the managers name she was the night manager at the topeka location on July 1st she was so attentive and helped with every concern.
