Womp womp. Make sure that you look at your food before you drive away because this location is notorious for always being wrong and they are pretty rude when you tell them they messed up. Even though you’re the person that had to drive back 25 minutes to get the right order.

So we wanted a snack and once again ended up with dinner from Taco Bell on Pershing Road. Drive thru service was alright, a little rushed though even with no cars behind us. Everyone placed their order and it was my turn; ordered 2 chalupas but should’ve gotten the box as it was only a few cènts difference. The cashier wasn’t very pleasant but maybe she had a rough day. Give folks the benefit of grace. It’s only a few minute interaction.

Besides the rest of the order let’s just stick to this… does this look like a cheesy gordita crunch minus lettuce, but make it a fresco?!? Does anyone else see this? A pita bread, a hard shell taco no cheese whatsoever but beef and kept the lettuce? So appetizing…..! And who can’t follow a simple order at that…whomever works here is the dullest plastic knife in the drawer….

Service at this location is generally good. The restrooms and dining area are generally clean. The staff is usually friendly. My biggest complaint is that the menu seems to change weekly and items come and go, but that is a Taco Bell wide problem. I do wish they were open earlier for breakfast.

Did delivery on ubereats, driver stole my food. Called the store to ask when it was picked up and when i told them my food was stolen by the driver, i re -ordered and they STUFFED IT. Currently pregnant and extremely greatful . Dude was really freaking chill too.
