I give 5 stars for their former employee, Lexi! She has been amazing with her service in the carhop 10 years ago. Once she even took the time to listen to my life story, which was about my hamster who sadly passed away the Sunday before I went there. She even gave me a loving hug afterwards, and telling me that it will be okay. I proceeded to buy a goldfish, because that is what Ted Lasso taught me. To be a goldfish. I finally gave her a 100% tip, because that is what her wisdom is worth. Bless you Lexi, wherever you are!

i just want to thank this crew again. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, but the service here lately has gone above and beyond their usual inviting efforts. Sam (Manager) took my call and heard me out about a small mistake With my food. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Today I called and she immediately remembered me and honored the agreement we had made. K.B. served me with a great attitude and encouraged me to visit again soon. I would say the most impressive thing about this crew is that I can tell that Sam is appropriately coaching her crew. The things she said to me on the phone and the way she acted towards me, I feel like we’re imitated by the crew members. This shows me that this team is well trained And there is care behind their efforts. Thank you again , Sonic!

Haven’t been to one for a long time. We each had a “milkshake” – HA. It wasn’t made of ice-cream, milk and flavoring. Like trying to drink mud, not creamy, not good flavor. Wife’s chicken sandwich was a “strange” consistency, not like chicken. Brought most of it home for dog food.
Sonic, your accountants have RUINED a great chain.

They tend to be a bit slower when busy but that’s understandable. The staffing seems to be amazing. We deal with Anthony(the manager) on weekends and he has truly been great. Helping when he is able to help when he notices someone who is struggling.

Waited 30 minutes for our food. We asked if we had been forgotten, and they told us it would be another 10 minutes. Grabbed the food, and it came out cold with a hair in the fries. Drinks were not made right, nor food. Terrible all around. Will never be back.

Food was tough, (corn dogs), tater tots were stale, fries were good, sweet tea..too weak. Service inside took 10 minutes to respond. Young lady that delivered the food was super good! Don’t know what the problem was this eve, 8:00, never been this disappointed!

Always my goto, for drinks and a quick bite to eat. Service was quick and special requests were met.

The only reason I’m marking 1 star is in hopes of some higher up noticing and taking some action to fix the front parking places that do not take debit cards. The car hop always is prepared to take the card as they deliver food, however there is no option to input a tip amount thereafter into the handheld card scanner. If this were a glitch that negatively affected Sonic’s revenue, I’m sure those stalls would have been repaired long ago. I’m sorry these carhops aren’t able to get tipped on whatever I order because I don’t always have cash on hand and it shouldn’t be them who is suffering for that. In the meantime, I’ll be parking at different stalls to ensure they get a tip, but that doesn’t keep the rest of the world from pulling up to the no tip zone. Sorry guys!

Went last night to get ice cream with my son. I pulled in a stall not against the building due to all of the screens being off on available stalls. I push the button and instead of taking my order, they ask for me to move to a stall againstbthe building. We moved on down the road and got ice cream from McDonald’s instead. What was wrong with taking my order where I was and at a working stall? Seems like laziness and not wanting to walk across the parking lot to bring food out. I wish our local Sonics had a drive thru so we didn’t have to deal with stuff like this and the guilt tipping screens.
