Went with my mother. It was really amazing service. We were sat at a wobbly table, but our server saw how bad it was and before we asked he moved us immediately. The care and dedication to giving the highest quality service begins there. The food was amazing. Served hot yet immediately edible. I always enjoy going here because I get treated so well.

Family of 5. Kids meals and appetizer got to the table within 10 minutes . Ordered the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken. Took an hour and 30 minutes to get to the table. Mac and cheese sauce did not taste anything like Mac and cheese. Manager aware of long wait. She took the Mac and cheese meal off the bill. Waiter Desirae forgot simple things we asked for such as napkins and to go containers. Cook times and listening need improvement. Overall atmosphere and friendliness great.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. My soda was flat and gross. Waited over 10 minutes for our server to come back. She brought a new 1. We ordered appetizers. Spinach artichoke dip had 2 huge clumps that wouldn’t break up the server said it was just the cheese and walked away. Tried it and it was stone cold. We were going to order our meals but she walked away too fast. Waited a long time for her to come back which she didnt. Watched her bring out silverware clear off a table and disappear. Several minutes later she went to another table talked to them and disappeared. After several more minutes we asked the bar tender to get a manager. The server followed the manager over and when I told him I didnt want the dip anymore it was cold and everyone else had finished their appetizers because our server had disappeared and we waited almost 15 minutes after getting drinks for her to come back and waited 20 minutes after getting appetizers and she hadnt been back so we asked for the manager. He apologized and said he wished they knew sooner. Repeatedly told him we waited and waited long periods of time and that she never came back. Didn’t seem like he cared and acted like it was our fault for not telling them sooner. Told him we were no longer going to order meals and wanted to pay for the appetizers and drinks. He walked away printed a check out after discounting it 10% and had our server bring it to us. It wasn’t busy. There was 1 person at the bar a table of 3 and our table of 5. The lack of service and the server and manager not seeming to care 1 bit that we decided to leave hungry and go spend our money elsewhere to dine is sad. They need better servers and a manager that cares about their establishment. Steer clear if you want service much less decent service.

Deasare are is an excellent bartender. Even though she works one day as a bartender, make sure you go when she is working. The service she provides is superior than most provide. We love her.

Waited half hour to be seated which was no big deal but it was very cold in there having to keep coat on entire time spent there and took an hour to get meal. Cheeseburger was literally see through, cold, and two pieces of unmelted cold cheese was placed on top. Ordered broccoli and got fries. By far worst meal and experience than I’ve experienced before at an Applebees.

Erin is hands down one of the best server at the New Hartford Applebee’s. She’s friendly, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing behind the bar. Drinks are always made perfectly, service is fast even when it’s busy, and she makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you sit down. Kaleigh’s great attitude and professionalism really elevate the experience—I’ll definitely be back because of her.
