McDonald’s customer experience is rotting nationwide, but this experience was particularly bad. I placed an app order and picked up curbside. Fifteen minutes (15!) after the order was placed and paid for, a young lady finally emerges only to tell me they were out of one of the items I’d ordered. I could either wait ten minutes or get something else. I asked for a small shake to replace the missing fried pie. When the order finally arrived… no napkins, no straw, no ketchup, cold food, and nearly 30 minutes of my life lost forever. Also, I noticed that the app said I’d had my food after five minutes, so SOMEBODY is fudging the numbers. Come on people. Get it together.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and wanted to share some thoughts for anyone considering a meal here. While I appreciate the convenience of a fast food restaurant, my experience was less than ideal.

First, I prefer live interactions over kiosks, as I find personal service enhances the experience. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on their conversations than attending to customers, which led to longer wait times.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the appearance of some employees. Professionalism matters, and it’s important for staff to wear clothing that fits appropriately. Seeing employees with poorly fitting attire can detract from the experience.

Finally, I think there’s room for improvement in customer engagement. A simple smile or suggestion from staff can go a long way in making customers feel welcome. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick meal and a warm atmosphere, keep these factors in mind before you go.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s location for the past year because it consistently offered friendly customer service and fresh, hot food. Unfortunately, during my last few visits, the quality and service have declined significantly, and I feel it’s important to share this feedback.
On my most recent visit, my food was cold, and the customer service was surprisingly poor. The young gentleman who took my order was noticeably rude and dismissive. That was disappointing, especially given that this location has historically taken pride in treating customers well.
In addition, this is now the third time I’ve tried to order ice cream and have been told, “We don’t have any,” even though the item is still on the menu and shows as unavailable when trying to order online. If the machines are consistently down, it raises the question of maintenance and management oversight. Regular cleaning and upkeep should be prioritized so the product can actually be served.
I truly want this location to succeed, because it used to be one of the better McDonald’s in the area. I hope ownership/management will review staffing, retrain on customer service, and address equipment and food quality issues so guests can again receive the level of service and food McDonald’s is known for.

Food was great and the employees are awesome. But you can tell when higher management there it make the whole place feel uncomfortable and not enjoyable cause when their there you can tell the employees have this dreed and fakness to them to put on a good show for the upper management than the upper management will be sitting in the lobby on their laptop or phone and you will occasionally look over to see them staring at you which is very weird. But every time their not there the employees have real smiles on their face and your food come out great

Me and my fiancé and his cousin came up to McDonald’s in rhome and we only had $20 in our pockets and we went up to the window scrambling for change and the lady at the window ms Debbie took her time and went on her McDonald’s app and gave us a discount from her account and dropped our order down to $20, what an amazing lady! God bless the people who are actually kind and will help another person out.

Typically they are speedy and accurate. The past two weeks I have received the same order wrong twice. It’s a very simple order so I’m not sure what is going on. I go here at least twice a week on my lunch break and yes they are still speedy but the line crew is not reading the orders. This is twice I’ve spent money on my lunch and have not been able to eat since I’m severally allergic to pickles/cucumbers.

I have not had McDonald’s breakfast in years! But entering into this establishment, I notice the windows were clean, went to the bathroom, bathroom was clean, so I am like ok, went into McDonald’s it was clean, service came with a smile, my food was quick and hot.. Stopped here at 2:30 am and they didn’t have any of the front registers or kiosks working. After 15 minutes of trying to get the attention of an employee I was informed they were only doing burgers no breakfast items.

Poor customer service, steak was very dry And the grilled onions were burnt. The young guy preparing the food, seems to be forced to work! Clearly he doesn’t want to be here. It’s 5:46am how is the food not fresh!
