The location off I-5 is great so I keep hoping they will get their act together. But alas the last 3 times I’ve gone they’ve gotten the order wrong – I was in thr drive through so I had to turn around and go in to get it fixed. They are rude (or at best sullen) when I ask for corrections, never apologizing. In the drive through, I have to triple check my order asking again for sauces that should come with the order, straws, napkins etc. Soda is either set to too much carbonation or not enough… It’s never right.
I love a good Arby’s sandwich but this one seems to excel at failing orders, even simple ones every single time.

We ordered through DoorDash and our meal was seriously low quality. My double beef n cheddar barely had any cheese sauce and virtually no red ranch sauce. My boyfriend’s French dip and Swiss had no Swiss. The curly fries were rubbery and the drinks mismarked. My “cups” of cheddar sauce had about 1/4 teaspoon per cup. After spending nearly $50 on dinner, I expected quality and this was an EPIC failure.

Went through the drive thru got 3 kids meals 2 for 7 arbyques and 2 classic beef and cheddar. Bev and cheddar had nearly no cheddar on them. The arbyques were literally so drenched in bbq sauce or was everywhere. The bun was literally dipped in bbq sauce! They are so covered in sauce they’re unedible! Wise$40+ ever spent. We didn’t eat ANYTHING and the “manager” couldn’t do anything other then remake them. I’m sorry but I’m already sick from these ones didn’t want anymore! Hopefully the manager above her can figure something out tomorrow! Even tho we live in a different county and hopefully well give a refund and not have to drive all the way back here. Since this was a complete joke!!!

Food is always hot but the wait time in the drive through needs work. Sat there for 5 minutes before even ordering took 12 minutes for the car in front of me and me to order and get our food. Work on your drive through time. I could have walked into Walmart and shopped there for a meal for less money and less time.

Sticky floors, dirty tables, and peach cobbler filling on the door handle. The sides were straight off of a Sysco truck, but the chicken sandwich was alright.

Food is ok not great only because unfortunately I have noticed over the years there is less and less meat on the sandwiches. However I was craving Arbys so I risked it and found it is still the same. The drive through was pretty slow as well. The person at the Drive Thru window was very nice.

I’ve been to many Arby’s across the country. This is the best one right here! The staff working were super friendly, courtesy and appreciated their customers. The food was also spot on! This location should be used as a model for training. Totally impressed!

Ordered a BLT. Stale and hard bread.
Potatoe cakes tasted like it was cooked in OLD grease/oil.
I would call that no longer trustworthy to eat there.
If you want $30+ plus dollars for something to eat at least make it worth a dollar okay.
I had not been back to Arbys in over ten years. And last month I gave it a near perfect score…. We won’t be going back.

The food is absolutely great, was hot, fresh and well made.
The presentation of our sandwiches were super well made!
The store was super clean!
The young lady at the counter was super nice and very knowledgeable. And very clean and presentable!
The manager was super nice!
I don’t know anyone there anymore, but I plan on getting to know them and will be visiting often!
All of the “other” fast food places have totally turned us off with poor food quality, and bad presentation of food.

Our 3rd bad experience in a row dining in. The restaurant is clean besides the Arby’s sauce/ketchup containers. The ketchup was more red water than ketchup and they didn’t care at all when told them about the problem. So no ketchup on that visit. Also the restrooms are absolutely horrible smelling everytime we’ve visited. Just got the new pulled pork sandwich and the 1 tablespoon of meat was 100% refrigerator cold. My wife’s sandwich had the top bun broken in half, and the bottom bun was twice as thick as usual. All this after yet again about a 20min wait to get our food with nobody in the drive through and only 1 other party of 3 waiting and pissed to get their food to go. The mgr/drive-through order person was sitting out in dinning area for the second visit in a row being extremely loud. This time, 5 other people who seemed to be off-duty employees were with her coming in to get what looked to be free food. The door to the kitchen opened and SLAMMED SHUT over 30 times easily, for our 30 minutes dinner visit. That also happens every visit because the door is obviously broken and nobody cares enough to fix it, or at least pull it closed gently. This place needs an undercover boss!
