Tonight I ordered just two Route44 drinks, I paid $7.50 in quarters. Had some extra change I needed to get out of my wallet, whatever, the carhop listed on my receipt is Trinity. Wish I could leave 0 stars. She acted as if quarters wasn’t a method of payment, she saw them when I handed them to her and went wide-eyed, as if quarters are hard to count or something. As I handed them to her she dropped some and then said she couldn’t pick them up because of her nails, as if that’s my fault you’re hindering your ability to do your job? She started counting what she had and told me the total was $7.46, even though I handed her $7.50, 1) not my problem you dropped some 2) not my problem you are unable to pick them up off the ground. So I asked how much she had, she said $7, so I dug around for another $0.50 and went to give it to her and she said “Don’t worry about it” after she already made me look for it and wouldn’t accept what she dropped on the ground. She handed me my drinks and immediately left. I wasn’t rude to her and was just trying to pay and get my drinks in peace. Worst experience I have ever had at this Sonic. Trinity, grow up and do better.

I called the store to talk to the manager, and the assistant manager informed me that he is not available, and I kindly told the assistant manager that my chicken tenders were rockhard and cold, and he cussed me out and hung up in my face. Unacceptable.

Slushees were good, burger was a little flat but I liked the concept of the ranch pickle burger. The patty itself was dry though.
Tots were a little too overdone and grease soaked for me, crunchy but hollow.
Tried a frito burrito at a later date and it was tiny but not terrible.
Order on the app for half price drinks always! That’s the best thing about sonic

Why is it that if an ordering station does not work the employees don’t mark it with a cone. At this location I always have to pull in to multiple spots just to find out the screen is not working.
Very annoying, and when a customer is annoyed they don’t tip we’ll.

Half the stalls screens don’t work, you’ll sit there for 15-20mins with no service, hands down the worst sonic ive ever been to. And this isnt a 1 time experience.

The reps taking our order was very rude and apparently could not hear what we were saying and cut the screen off 3 different times. When we finally got our order put in, the woman told us to check the screen to make sure everything was correct. We get our order and we had missing items that we then had to pay extra for. We will not be going back to this location.

Someone literally used a part of a footlong apparently to make my six inch chili dog really, this is so ghetto. Not to mention I had to wait a while for them to even answer the red button to take my order. Of course I called several times back to back once I got home and saw the condition of my food and no one would answer the phone so I had to take my thirty week pregnant self along with my sleeping ten month old daughter and five year old son all the way back up there. Just horrid.

2 hours before closing they make everything unavailable in the app so no mobile orders can be placed which means we can’t use the discounts we have. Then they tried to negotiate with us and said they are only willing to make drinks for us tonight. But whenever I placed a pickup doordash order, they immediately started working on the items that were previously unavailable…
