Awesome place with great service and delicious food. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The ambiance is cozy yet classy, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The food quality truly exceeded my expectations, especially considering the value for money — it’s definitely great savings, particularly for Asians looking for a satisfying Western meal. I highly recommend their steak cooked medium-rare. It’s incredibly tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, retaining all the natural flavors. Berenice was absolutely wonderful during our visit. She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and even some. As soon as I walked into this restaurant, I could tell it must be a classic American steakhouse chain. The atmosphere is so nostalgic – it’s a great vibe for enjoying steak ! The best part? They always have amazing deals! Every birthday, they offer fantastic discounts like buy-one-get-one-free, a two-person meal for $50, plus holiday specials all year round! The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and even the bread was good. I’d recommend everyone give it a try!

Came for dinner with family. The restaurant was at 10% capacity. It is clean and the greeter was very nice. We ordered the couples meal with ribeye and a wagonwheel sampler. Part of the meal also had soup and salad. The loaded potato soup was very good. The salad was just OK. The steak was cooked perfectly. The meal seemed perfectly timed from the appetizer to the main course. The server was did not come by to ask how the meal was going and was not telling drinks promptly. Outlier parking was good.

The hostess was fantastic and cheerful, Alyssa, our waitress was fantastic. But not very happy about the upcharge on the ribeye and the rack of ribs. Salad was fantastic and so with the crab cakes. Nice happy hour special on the beers.
We went back. Same hostess was great, Briana was great, same upcharge for the ribs.
The beef stew was salty and seemed like there were hot dogs in there instead of beef. The potato soup is fantastic.

Theresa was an absolute gem during our visit. She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The whole experience was just fantastic, and her friendly demeanor really added to it. We’ll definitely be back, largely thanks to her great service!

It was just okay. Ordered the teriyaki chicken breasts as did 5 other people in our group and they were over cooked and very dry. Bread and salad were good. Our waiter Beatrice was very good and the atmosphere was fine. The portions were small and not prepared well.

Kudos to Cirilo Reyna, the store manager at Black Angus in Escondido, for turning our dining experience into a cut above the rest! My husband and I visited last Saturday (1/17), and although our server was a bit harried, Cirilo’s diplomatic and knowledgeable service made all the difference. He’s the ‘meat’ of the operation, and we can’t wait to come back! . He was s the greatest best store manager I have met in the Black Angus community in Escondido! Thank you so much for your dedication and loyalty service of the restaurant you are marinating . Outstanding service of Cirilo !!❤️
