Came through the drive-thru ordered three double stacks with no pickle, they gave me three double stacks that were old with dry meat and crusty dry cheese.
And there were no onions on my double stacks and double stacks are supposed to come with onions . Those burgers were old and had been sitting around for a while. I didn’t even eat them

Store was very clean and presentable. The cashiers were nice but a bit distracted/not with it. One of the cooks actually came up to apologize and say sorry we’ll be with you in a minute having to pass two of the cashiers to do so. They were out of chocolate ice cream, which was a bit sad but vanilla was fine enough and it was made perfectly. So on a haul I’d have to say not amazing service but not the worst.

Wendys you should be proud of the employees working at this establishment! I went for breakfast and had a free seasoned potato with my order. I said at the order prompt that I had a free large seasoned potato on the app and would be using it when I got to the window to scan. but she took it as I wanted a small seasoned potato. And charged me for one. But when I brought it to their attention, they quickly gave me a refund for the potato and were so good about it. Wish all fast food places were like this.

To be honest, I just want to start off my review with saying that I am a regular customer here and having come here. For quite some time, they decided to change some things. And I truly understand change is needed. At some point in a business to continue with the world that we’re living in, but I was just there last week. And ordered a biggie bag of course, and asked for some extra barbecue sauce. And I was not charged for this sauce. But then when I came in a couple days later, I just ordered a large fry and asked for some sauce with it. I was told it’s going to be 50 cents per condiment. Which is insane? So I spent a $1.50 extra to get some sauce. Waited for you know probably about 2 minutes. You know, I will say they’re come out for their food is very quick individuals not wearing gloves or anything that I could see while touching my frog. My eye is very disgusting. You know, satisfactory and unsanitary to the lease. Then, while waiting for my food and another individual, I guess to order before me went up. To get their food at the counter and asked for an extra condiment of ranch and the individual. Just gave it to them and said, you know, usually it’s about 50 cents, but didn’t it charge them? But they charge me for my condiments. That is insane. The employee at the front desk I asked her so I thought you were charging 50 cents per condiment, and she said, yes. I did charge them in an angry manner and pointed at the screen. Like, I’m gonna know what that means. This individual then shook her head at me and started mumbling under her breath. And while walking out the door I could hear her say to a new customer, it’s been such a long day while walking. Wiping tears away from her face.Unfortunately, you know I am so sorry that your day has been very tough.But I am a customer that is paying for things, and I don’t need to have attitude towards me.I then contacted this store about five minutes later and spoke to the manager.This manager gave me attitude as well.So it seems like they don’t really have that many things going on there.And it wasn’t too busy when I walked in.Probably three or four cars in the drive through and one person in the dining place.I just think this is very insane that i’m paying a dollar fifty x.Should I get sauce after paying four dollars for fries?Just wanting to give my feedback

First of all french frys were old and hard hamburger was thrown together not prepared nicely could be because Management is mean and rude to there employees tonight manager telling employees to go home rudely in front of customers going into back yelling at the employee, thats not how managers should treat there employees also a manager that throws my bag on the takeout table thats very unprofessional. Melinda is the manager that needs removal from spot. I would be gladly to take her position.

After waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, we were very disappointed. I understand they were busy on a Saturday at 7 pm. Our sodas were flat, so we asked for a different kind. The employee tried a different machine. We ended up with hot, flat sodas dispite the ice. It may have come from a soda machine with no ice, which affects the taste. My baconator fries, didn’t have chopped bacon, just large strips over melted cheese. The bacon wasn’t even hot. No fork for my baconator fries. No dipping sauce for my nuggets. No napkins. No ketchup. We spent 30$ on 2 people. Very disappointed.

I usually love going to Wendy’s but the one here is Seguin is awful. The last time I bought food from them it didn’t taste or even look like a normal Wendy’s burger. The bread and meat tasted fake and it was much smaller than what I’m used to. Never going there again if they don’t change their recipe back to what it usually is.

I’m okay with my order not being incorrect from time to time, however. This time, they took it too far. I orders a double baconator along with other meals and drove home. I got home to discover one half slice of bacon on my sandwich. Unacceptable! How can one call it a baconator if it has almost no bacon!? When I called the store, 10x with in 30 minutes, no answer. Rude. I’m done with this store location.

This Wendy’s is great. I like Chocolate frosty’s a lot. The people there are extra friendly. The manager Is a really good guy. Everyone working here are nice and friendly. Everyone looked like they have been practicing the job they do, on their off time or something because they worked were very proficiently. This team got everything right. The drive-through line look like it was moving so fast I’m not even sure people had to stop. Eat at this restaurant. I may have an exaggerated a little bit about the drive-through line. I thought it was record timing Though they still had to stop to get their food. It’s worth the short little drive off I-10 to get to. And if you are someone who has never tried a frosty, Welcome to America ask for a sample. Then buy the largest one they make. They have the vanilla but I like the chocolate.
