I was met at the speaker with rudeness for a pickup order in my name for an order I placed myself. It took several moments to get back to me at the speaker by the associate on the other side of the headset, I was still polite and understanding. I was told to pull around which wasn’t a major issue, I’m patient. I was met at the window by the cashier/manager, only to be handed my food not spoken to initially then told to verify my name on the order, I said yes. I then verbally read out loud the order/ hanging receipt on the bag and nodded my head in agreement that all was correct, I then (with my window down) attempted to open the bag to verify the food contents inside the bag were also correct under the impression that the cashier/manager on duty was requesting this of me being that he HANDED my food and drink to me through the window as I began to open the sealed bag he yelled “why are you opening the bag?!” So aggressively that I was stunned. He then went on to explain what the purpose was which I barely heard. I looked at him with confusion and he asked me to hand it back to him and to pull up because my food would be brought out to me. I stared back at him due to being unsure with such a strange process and not appreciating being spoken to the way he did. I slowly pulled up and an alternative nice associate brought out my food. Then following opening my food, I can see it was placed in a new bag, (which was also fine) but the food was SUPER COLD with zero other vehicles in the line. I don’t understand both the lack of kindness, frustration, clarity, and unprofessionalism let alone poor quality in food. This isn’t my first encounter at this location where I’ve been met with poor customer service. I’ve given grace before for another night shift incident that I also should have documented to be addressed and with some months in between, I see nothing at all has changed. I will not be a customer here again for this to take place once more. Both incidents coincidentally were during an evening shift/pick up order through DoorDash.

It never ceases to amaze me how its proven correct that restaurants with employees such as wendy’s, mcdonald’s, Burger King are the ones that are not worth dealing with and should be shut down by now. I was wondering why it took this woman so long to give me my change of $3.50, but then she gave me a torn up dollar bill that she hid in between the two other dollar bills. I mean half of this bill was missing. So when I pulled off and I went to go put my money in my wallet I realized it. You cannot mistake in this bill for a full bill. And then when I came in to get my money and show them what happened this big, tall, shrek sounding and looking woman had the audacity to stand there and laugh about it. This was at 1:40 p.m. on November 11th. I’ve gone to this Wendy’s many a times and never had a problem. But I also realize it’s only at certain times of the day. Even the manager that came to give me my dollar back didn’t say she was sorry for her employees arrogance or anything. Don’t waste your time here. To have to sit there and turn around just for a dollar because somebody is being arrogant on purpose, it’s not worth it. Check your money regardless!!!

Look y’all we went to this Wendy’s at almost 1am this morning only the manager and one other person was working. The drive through line was wrapped around the building the food was hot and fresh and the service was excellent… you can’t find this type of service, this time of the morning no place else… Mr. Rasheed y’all keep up the good work .

Very unorganized and poor quality location! Staff seemed overwhelmed! Out of most drink options and condiments/sauces and no kids meal toys. Food was barely warm. Had to to through the drive thru to get additional items. Will not try this location again. Locals say it is a frequent issue:(

I’m very disappointed with this Wendy’s. I placed a door dash order for some various items and one of them was a chili; it wasn’t with my order so I call the store she instructed me to contact door dash and I did they credited me back for the chili and other items that were missing. However I still needed to complete my son’s dinner and I ordered what I was missing on ANOTHER door dash order only to my amaze that the chili is STILL MISSING!? At this point I’m convinced that y’all don’t care. If you are out of something let the dasher know to contact the customer and ask if we wanted something else because now I have to hear it from door dash that you were out instead of saying that on the phone when I called the first time. VERY disappointed

It’s ridiculous that these staff members are not coached on proper customer service. They are either on mute, have an attitude or both. I don’t understand how they made it through the interview process with such a lack of personality and communication skills. People like that should not be dealing with the public. You are at work and have one job. It cost nothing to operate with integrity and respect.

Every time I come I wait 15+ min for a salad. I’m 90% sure it’s just dumping lettuce and pre-packaged toppings on so I have no idea why my friend would be able to place and receive a full combo order before I get mine- and then I still have to wait an additional ten minutes.

My fries didn’t taste fresh and I paid extra for a crafted lemonade just for it to taste like a fountain lemonade. Clean your drink machines Wendy’s ! It should be mandatory and recorded when your fountain drink machines are clean. I purposefully paid for handcrafted lemonade because no matter what Wendy’s I visit the fountain drinks are trash !! Today my crafted Lemonade didn’t look or taste like it was crafted.

WORST AND I MEAN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TODAY ! I got to drive thru like I normally do . And I told the young lady over the intercom that the last time I came my nuggets was stuck together. It wasn’t a concern to her due to her tone . So I said imma speak to a manager . So I get to the window . A manager with long hair and piercings in her nose and spandex instead of jeans on with a blue shirt came to the window . So I was trying to explain to her that my nuggets was a stuck together last time I came . She asked for payment and closes the window . So I asked her do she hear me . And her
Response was yeah and still had no concern . So I asked for another manager and I helped him realized who I was and he did because I understood his shift on being short staff . Due to the service I had before he got to the window I was already hot and mad and bothered from the service . So yes I went inside and got my money back . BUT AMARI SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE IF SHE IS GONNA WEAR A MANAGER SHIRT AND BE RUDE PLUS I HAD MY KIDS . Wendy’s I have never had a complaint other than today and I will NEVER RETURN BACK EITHER . Just so rude !
