I was really disappointed with my order here. I ordered a hoagie and it showed up with none of the toppings I selected and not even any cheese. The bread was stale, and the meat was dry and barely seasoned. For the price, I expected a lot better quality and accuracy.

I’ve already reached out through their website, but I hope management sees this because the experience was far below what this place is supposed to be known for.

So I was starving and honestly should have checked the the other cheesesteak guys. I ordered a cheesesteak and was surprised on how dry it was and didn’t have any flavor to it. I get it I was in an airport but come on do better. I can’t see how this was Zagot rated. Not impressed.

Figured why in Philly, one must eat a cheesesteak! I think I would pass if I had to do it again. Employees were great, I just wish they would cut down the sandwich size and provide a better sandwich with peppers, onions, and mushrooms rather than having to spend another $7-10 to add those to your sandwich. Fries were hot and fresh, needs some seasoning personally, and sandwich was kind of dry and lacking flavor, would have been better with veggies but didn’t want to take my individual meal to $40 for just me. Perhaps if you are sharing with someone, your individual meal now becomes very affordable because you could easily do that.

You come here for the breakfast sandwich, especially vegetarian options, not the cheesesteaks. Insanely fast and huge portions for the price. This is the broccoli (rabe) egg and cheese with peppers and it’s an entire omelette on a hoagie. It came out in about three minutes. Just be aware this is Philly so broccoli means broccoli rabe.

The food was the hilight, which isnt saying much. Just a greasy bun with some beef strips. Any add one like onion, pepper, mushrooms is an extra 2 bucks each. For some reason the cashier threw an employee discount in here, but a gave her a $20bil, she rung up $18 and still gave me the wrong change. It was kind of sketchy. Additionally you have to pay an extra employee benefit fee because they work in the airport. I assumed that would be built in to the $14 sandwich and $3.65 Dixie cup of coke.

I was having issues finding a food option for eats at the airport. Ultimately decided on this one since they had one veggie option. I also opted out of cheese.

And it was pretty good. I paid around $17 which is still expensive but not as expensive as eating at other place that might not be good.

(I also had my own potato chips. Highly recommend having one lol)

I walked all the way from the Gate A area because I had 3h layover. And the walk was pretty okay.

It seems this Gate F area might be newer? Or just less people coming through? Lots of airport workers are hanging out and I liked the relaxed vibe.

Totally disappointed not only did we pay $45 for 2 cheesesteaks with fries they were tasteless. I have had way better in other places. Couldn’t taste the onion, steak had no flavor and the wait was crazy long even though only 2 people were in front of us. They couldn’t seem to get it together. Would not recommend at all! Hit up somewhere else in the airport. $45 for 2 cheesesteaks and fries is way over priced. $13 for the cheesesteaks then they charge you $1. 49 each( or something similar) for onions, green peppers and mushrooms.
