We had a bridal shower here and it all worked out great and I would have another event here But here are tips for anyone thinking about doing the same:
Pros:
-price is amazing. Food was great. Amazing natural light. Attentive staff. No cake cutting fee. Awesome menu for something like a shower. BYO which keeps the cost low.
Cons
-we were told the big room fits 110 people…My honest opinion? We had 70 people and we fit like a glove. Just enough room to display the cake in the back, a tight set up for a backdrop for pictures and a set up for gifts. Had we landed on thr 100 we thought we might have… i would have been upset. I truly say — dont do a shower here if it’s over 75 ‍♀️
-no use of the foyer as it was used for two lunch tables. The back had another big party.

Just had a shower here. They were absolutely amazing and super accommodating! The food was out of this world. The service was so good!! I highly recommend them for any special event or even a nice dinner out.

Underwhelming to say the least. We were taken to our table on time once arriving for our reservation time of 545pm. We were sat in the back dining room that was overcrowded. The music playing was so loud, causing guests to speak over it, leading to the small dining room being very loud. Our server was friendly, but was not very attentive due to be double sat (he received two tables back to back that needed his attention at the same time, leaving our table with little attention). My husband ordered the pasta seafood special and was not impressed. The sauce tasted like it came out of a can and the scallops were overcooked, leaving them rubbery. My salad was soaked in dressing, but my filet was delicious and cooked perfectly to temperature. Mashed potatoes were lacking flavor and mixed vegetables were cold. The lobster bisque and gnocchi that my in-laws ordered were very good from their remarks. My gelato tasted freezer burnt. For a restaurant that has such a long wait, you would expect the food to taste better. I feel like these are easy fixes so hopefully this review is taken into consideration.

Best experience this place has well trained wait staff and the food was excellent. I’m a South Jersey born and raised but moved to Delaware. I plan to return to have another excellent meal and evening. Also the atmosphere was excellent good lighting each table had an adjustable light white table cloths and elegant setting. This restaurant had high standards and pride in their craft. Thank you for providing the community with your offerings.

Nice restaurant with a very authentic Italian feel. The food was good and the service as well, though we did wait extremely long to pay. The place was pretty full, which is the sign of a good restaurant, but the noise level was too loud. Coupled with a small table, it made for a less than perfect night, but we’ll definitely give it another try.

I never write reviews but I just wanted to highlight the amazing hostess, Gia! My boyfriend and I went on Valentine’s Day and this place was PACKED! Gia absolutely killed it managing every party coming in. She was so efficient, kind, and attentive despite how many people were in the building. Get this girl a raise! Overall we had a great experience! Due to a holiday, the wait was a little long even with a reservation but that’s expected!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was grand! Very clean bathrooms too which is very important to me. The manager was so kind and generous and our waiter was great too. They made our Mothers Day quite special and a splendid experience!!

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! I made a reservation for 10 people which was so easy and hassle free. The wait staff was very helpful, respectful and impressive. The food was out of this world and we had an amazing time celebrating my engagement with family. The restaurant is BYOB and they put our bottles in ice (I’ve been to restaurants that did not do that) so it was a nice surprise for me. The atmosphere was pleasant, all around a great spot. We will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend had booked a birthday dinner for 4 and we were seated very quickly. The place was packed which was a good sign that the food was good. As per Il Fiore’s reputation, I expected nothing less than phenomenal food and was not disappointed at all!

A few different waiters had helped us through the night, and some of them seemed like they couldn’t care less about being there. Water cup was always filled through out the night, it’s just the service didn’t feel that warm unfortunately. My boyfriend said he had left a note saying it was a birthday dinner and no one seemed to have mentioned anything through out the night even though a few other tables had birthday celebrations. Oh well, I suppose.

Ordered four cannolis boxed along with the check, received the cannolis and no check. Waited around for another 15 or so minutes before having to ask for the check again.

Overall the food was fantastic, the service was just quite disappointing. Would probably visit again sometime, maybe not for a celebration as it tanked the mood.

Despite having made a reservation well in advance of Collingswood’s restaurant week, we were seated 45 minutes past our reserved time, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening. We also dined here about a year ago and experienced a similar wait time. There was almost no communication from the staff while we waited — no explanation, no realistic updates, and no acknowledgment that the delay was a problem. A reservation should mean something, and here it clearly does not. Once we were finally seated, the dishes were genuinely good — well-cooked, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Unfortunately, good food does not compensate for such poor organization and utter lack of respect for customers’ time. Until reservation management and communication improve, it’s hard to recommend this place.
