Ordered a 12 piece meal with a drink at the drive thru, and credit to them they got my drink out in record time. Asked me to pull forward to wait 2 minutes while the wings get ready. After 20 minutes and 9 other cars going by, I went back to the window and waited for my food. Didn’t acknowledge me being there, but talked shit about me in Spanish, (assuming I couldn’t speak it because I’m white), threw all food I ordered in a plastic bag, which then leaked all over the bag, which then got all over the floor. At this point so much time had gone by I didn’t even bother asking for a new bag, I just cleaned off the floor mats and went about my night. The fries however got soaked with the sauce that leaked. Save yourself the trouble of driving there.

Did not have all the items I wanted. Did not communicate that. I only got one of the three fries I ordered. My drinks were covered in soda. I got “oh” as a reply when I told them my name. ( Left me confused. I then had to ask for clarification that they had my order. Only then was I given direction)

I just picked up Popeye’s Cajun Style Turkey for Thanksgiving! They open at 10am. The staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. Store was clean and they were ready to sell some Popeyes chicken.
I go crazy for Cajun Sparkle. If you don’t know about Cajun Sparkle, you have to ask for it! It’s a nice spice blend so look for me shaking the packet!

I try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to fast food employees because it is some of the hardest jobs but the wait time for this location is a little ridiculous, especially when the food here is not worth it sometimes.
The final straw for me is ordering through a delivery app and waiting a literal hour before I decided to cancel the order. Not only wasting my own time but multiple drivers’ time as well. And I know the food is not gonna be as good if it’s taking this long.
The food here can be great, but other times, it’s room temperature and covered in grease

Does not matter how far ahead of time you order, how small your order is, or how few people are there, prepare to wait in the restaurant for like 20 minutes
Update** sitting here again in this damn drive thru waiting for fries and its been 10 minutes. I have two customers waiting for Uber eats and im just sitting here for ridiculous extended periods of time. If you drive for Uber eats or door dash, I would decline any delivery requests from this terrible restaurant. Just canceled my last delivery there cause the lazy workers were so slow.

It’s Popeyes, gotta love that chicken! Get the app, get great deals with it. Most places charge anywhere from $25-$45 for 2 at fast food joints. I always spend between $12-$22. It’s clearly a winner on price and taste. It’s not a healthy option, but when I want some fried chicken, Popeyes is a winner!

I waited 30 minutes to get my food because they forgot that I was waiting in one of their parking spots after they told me to go park. I had to go in and pick it up and since it had been sitting there, the fries and chicken were soggy from all of the condensation.
