I keep forgetting to write this review. I went here this summer in June. I never been to a Burgerville before. I loved the 2 cowboy slider meal plus the fried pickle. The winner for me was tasting the Kelly Jelly sauce to dip your pickles in. I was hooked. Best experience I love the local family vibe from employees.

Food is decent but waaaay over-priced. Workers are nice, but having to choose a tip (or no tip) for every transaction is super annoying. I actually avoid Burgerville unless I’m desperate for food because of the tip screen. It is offensive that the ownership thinks the public should subsidize their employees. No other fast food place asks for tips. I’m disgusted at leadership.

I ordered Bacon cheese burger, classic fries and Strawberries milkshake at drive thru. It was delicious. Crews are kind and generous. Not a fast but not a slow either. They have outdoor seating and tables, they have tables inside too. Fries are fresh and delicious, Milkshake is wonderful highly recommended.

I am so disappointed, we just got food to go. Nobody listened to anything we asked for. We asked for extra lettuce, and they did not even give us the sauce we asked for. I am not one to complain. But it was something I was craving and paying for. Yes I understand its late and we showed up at 10:20pm but customer service important.

I advised Jessica, the manager, that the burger that I purchased a few days ago from a different store was gross. She advised that the food is received in frozen and either put in fryer or grill. Even after I shared with her my concerns she sold and served me a chicken sandwich that was even more gross than the burger. No quality control? No training? At least the fries were cooked at this store. Very disappointed.

This is a local or regional hamburger chain that does not disappoint. Nice clean restaurant, quick service, excellent food. Like the fact that they have the option of dairy free shakes. I had a strawberry shake it was excellent, and there were no side effects. The only thing I miss is the fat straws they had on my last visit here. It sure makes it easy to drink the shake. A must go for a quick meal.

I ordered a No. 6 basket and my order only had a burger. The drive through apparently didn’t hear me say “basket”, but then also didn’t ask me if I wanted to make it a basket. I’m not sure the statistics on people coming just to get one single burger, but that seems so odd. Thankfully I had some fries at home, but my burger was cold by the time they were cooked.

Loved their burgers since I was a child. The special sauce makes you crave a burgerville burger, no one else has it! In my experience the food is fresh, hot, and delicious! The onion rings are seasonal, worth the wait. Lots of different drink options, milkshakes with seasonal berries, etc. Worth a try if you’ve never been!
