Ordered chicken nugget happy meals, two double hamburgers, and 2 snack wraps. Food came out to drive thru fast but there was a swap of double cheeseburgers instead of double hamburgers which people in the household cannot have. Did not find out until arrived at home. Unfortunately a disappointing visit today.

I ordered on my mobile app and I understand it busy but it makes no since how costumers/doordashers will skip you and ask for their stuff and they don’t even have the food prepared. Yet when my stuff was called out people were in the way. Then when I asked for my water I guess the lady was to busy and rushing. So I gave her a few moments and came back. Yet when I talked to 3 people for a water I was looked at like I was crazy asking for a DAMN WATER. I don’t this it’s really the staff but I would like if costumers knew when to move out the way cause I feel like I could have gotten it. And I hate how their drive threw is more important than the people inside. Cause personally if you’re in a car you can wait, if not you shouldn’t have gone to the location.

This site service was pretty good, lines move pretty fast. But in them rushing if u have placed a big order. Please check your order. I’m glad i did ,didn’t have everything, but they haven’t given any issues in making it right. Other than that. This location is a ok.

We went through drive thru about 11pm. The young lady was very short as we ordered our food. She told us 2nd window and we made a mistake and went to the wrong window. She came to the window we were at stated our total with the wrost attitude. When she bought us our food she still had the attitude ,pushed the food at us and let the window slam as we were trying to talk. We sat at the window a few moments and the manager came. We told him how she was acting and he never apologized then or after we gave our food back and asked for a refund. Her action showed us McDonald’s did not care about out $40 order and his actions showed us that it is ok for his employee to treat a customer rude.

Absolutely useless staff. They get your order wrong, then have an attitude when you try to correct it. Then when you get the “corrected order” the chicken isn’t even cooked. Used to be a great location. Now it’s not worth going to. I’d recommend you go to Popeyes or even burger king on the other side of the street

While being extremely busy, my order was taken in a few minutes, they were very courteous and professional. My food was brought to me in less than 10 minutes, was hot and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends!

This is by far the worst McDonalds to ever exist. After calling for years they will never get it together and it breaks my heart to have to keep telling my kids to pick anything other than McDonalds when eating by home in knightdale. I spend 25$ plus every visit to always have to revisit store for forgetting an item. They never pick up and give you the worst attitude when your back for their mistake just a waste of money and time to only receive a card for a sandwich or a kids meal when you call and complain to corporate I give up!
