Update, all the food has been properly assembled any time that I ordered but today I hit a different issue, I ordered 2 apple pies and instead received a pumpkin pie and an order of fries. I understand they might’ve run out of Apple pies and maybe even pumpkin pies but imagine my surprise at seeing only 4 of the 6 items I ordered. I kinda wish I’d get cashiers like that at the grocery store so I’d only have to pay for 2/3 of my groceries. Guess we can’t all be winners.

I’ll start this by saying I do not leave reviews like this. I have worked in food service near 20+ years and know how people can weaponize bad reviews for petty reasons. With that said. I have been visiting this location for years before the rebuild and over my last few visits, the quality of service from the dine in has diminished. While I understand the service model here has changed since the kiosks have been installed It seems the team are more focused on wrestling each other behind the counter or quoting their favorite tik toks as loud as they can (maybe they think we can see them?) and tonight somehow my fries were both overcooked and cold (thats impressive). I don’t think I will be returning to this location for quite some time.

I went thru the drive thru Sunday around 6pm . I ordered my food (29.32) for me and my kids . First the person at the window gave me my drinks and told me have a nice day ! I asked do I get my food he replied “oh yes sorry I’m sleepy!” Instructed me to pull to the second window . Gives me my bag with my food and walks away. I checked my bag and had NONE OF MY FRIES for my 3 meals . I continued to blow the horn for at least 5 minutes and nobody came back to the window . I got out of my car to go in (IN THE RAIN) and had to call the manager out to receive the rest of my food . I go home and give my kids their food and my son came and asked me why wasn’t his burger cooked !? Of course I got in my car and went all the way back to McDonald’s and showed them his burger !! It was actually STILL COLD AROUND THE EDGES! This restaurant needs to be shut down everytime i go it’s always problems ! So many people were coming in with complaints about their food being wrong ! The manager was so clueless and always is

Place is a shit show, they will seal your money order $43 worth of food on the app theyve never made it because they had to cancel and wont refund it so call manager ROSA keeps saying its not her problem that she can not return. Keeps saying i need to return to whenever the general manager is there she never once notify us that they couldnt make it just had our receip balled up and those on the floor. Also kitchen has food all over the floor , employees just kicking it back in the kitchen on thier phones why people are wait on her order

So I am walking and hit the indoor kiosk. I ordered a McChicken, a McDouble, a shake and a frappe. Being the only customer inside at 8:30pm I thought sweet, no wait. Boy was I wrong. I found myself surprised that it took 16 min to receive it, and the shake was the wrong size. It took another 4 min to get the correct one. I had no idea it took that long to pour a shake from the shake machine, or make those other items. So much for fast food. I’d much rather put up positive reviews

I purchased 1 Mcgriddle on the app to pick up at this McDonalds yesterday 12/21/25. When I got home I was looking at my banking app and saw beside the charge for my Mcgriddle, my card had been charged $25. This shocks me that this is possible. I’m going to the McDonalds today to see if I can get my money back. They said I have 48 hours to come show them the charge. We’ll see !!

Tbh I use to go everyday . I’m not even the type to leave a review unless they screwed me over and today’s the day. I always get my frappe and 2 sandwiches , but they pulled me up to the 3rd window and I sat for 15 mins. I decided to go inside and get it, I get inside they said I never order one, and then had the nerve to ask if I had my receipt even after I told the lady at the first window I didn’t. PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG AND MOVE ON, KAREN! I don’t care that you gave my DoorDash order to the wrong person. If I then reordered my food through DoorDash, and paid again, what gives you the right to tell my new Dasher that you’re not gonna remake the order?
