It’s 12.26.2025 and our family is traveling for the holidays. Our personal experience at this very travel conveniently located Taco Bell is that the Staff was lovely and warm (yes, you do need to use an order kiosk), the bathroom was clean, and the restaurant was clean.
Just a reminder that it’s not easy for many (especially in SWGA) to work away from their families during the holidays, but also – the warmth when wishing strangers happy holidays.
Thank You Guys for being a lovely place to stop on our travels!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to ask a question before I ordered. The girl waved at me from the drive thru and said Welcome yo Taco Bell. No one EVER came to the counter. Started ordering something cheaper from the kiosk and other people came in. Girl came to the counter and told them they HAD to order from the kiosk…at least she came to the counter to speak to them. While my daughter and I were waiting on our food, the employees were loudly using extreme profanity in the kitchen. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were there over 20 minutes before they even began making our order.
However, the lady who actually MADE our food was EXCEPTIONAL! She was very meticulous in making sure that everything in the order was correct. No one offered to help her with the 4 boxes until she was putting in the last items. She bagged our food and handed it to us with a smile so I thanked her for putting a sticker on the meal with no sour cream.

Well damn. They won’t take your order at the counter and they forced us to use the kiosk. Which is fine enough, I’m a self-checkout kinda dude. The issue is they have 2 kisoks. There were two people trying to use them that were struggling. Instead of walking around and helping, the workers were just yelling instructions from behind the counter. Then, as if the wait and aggravation was not enough, they actually served us Taco Bell tacos.

Very disappointed. We stopped here traveling through and was extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience. Being new here, we stood at the counter as everyone looked at us from the kitchen. Not one employee said we had to use the kiosk behind us. Then, I had ordered a dragon fruit, strawberry refresca. They handed over a cup to the soda machine. One employee said, they have to make that behind the counter, the employee behind the counter said, we don’t have dragon fruit anymore. Floor’s we’re extremely filthy. Unfriendly staff, unclean restaurant.

Went in and stood at counter for 10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged us. Forced to order on machine which will not give receipt. Has to be texted or emailed. Asked for printed o e when food given and was ignored.. sometimes receipts are needed. I will never return. Learn manors people. Grow up

Here’s another one in Cordele that has the worst service. Krystals is bad but this place is horrible !!! Stay away! Staff don’t care that you sit waiting on an order for 35 mins. Of which you had to place yourself. The staff let me know that the kiosk was placed there for “us” and the drive thru was for them. In other words your on your own. Picture shows completely empty register how ever the two kiosks were lined out the door. Share this out let’s get corporates attention like we did for Krystals.
