First time trying it, the food is good overall. The service wasn’t good, they took a long time to bring our order, and forgot our appetizer. They forgot it again, even after we reminded them, and finally got it after we had finished eating. We spent about two hours eating because it took them so long; I think they need to organize their waitstaff better.

A little dark inside but the koi pond is beautiful. Love the music that was playing and the volume was good. Might be loud for some. Looks like that have live music sometimes, will have to come back. My Thai tea was good topped with whipped cream (optional). Beautiful beef broth. Loved the lumpia good size for sharing or if you want keep them all yourself.

Food used to be amazing and affordable. Now, the food is just mid and way expensive! Portions of meat keep getting smaller. The place smells terrible and is falling apart. When they started on Viscount, the owner was friendly. Now when she’s here, she doesn’t even greet you. You can feel the tension with her staff.

We had the pho dac biet (which comes with a larger meat selection ), and it was fine. The meat portion was generous. However, the veggie garnish did not have basil, which was disappointing. The grilled pork spring rolls and dripping sauce were fantastic. The service was very friendly.

This is my favorite location, I love going here for some dates and just enjoying a good movie while eating Pho. The food is always fresh and delicious. Normally the service is 10/10 but with this week’s visit my waitress wasn’t attentive and I had to go to her to get our check because she hadn’t returned to the table for 20 mins; everyone has off days so I wasn’t upset so I will be returning. Food is ALWAYS 10/10 highly recommend!!! Oh and Frank the waiter is AMAZING
