Let’s just say for this store to have just had its grand opening the food quality should always be fresh and hot. I went to get food there tonight and my shrimp was hard and cold, and so was my biscuit. I just think that the food quality should always be fresh. Really disappointing

I know when you go to Popeyes you’re usually going to wait a bit for fresh hot chicken, but this location is on another level. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for my order and there are only five of us in the lobby with nobody in the drive-thru. The staff don’t work together at all. There’s plenty of cooked chicken already sitting in the heaters—literally all they have to do is bag the food and move with some teamwork, but they can’t even do that.
The wait times here are always too long and it honestly makes me not want to come to Popeyes again. This is a constant problem at this specific store.

Update: I got the 5 piece meal with 2 sides. You know these side containers are very tiny. Why can’t they fill them up a little bit. Look how empty they are. Good thing I ordered another 2 piece special they had with one side. This experience was different from my last one. The person at the register was upset because I did not want 3 legs out of 5. The legs are small. There’s no way that you could feed 2 people with that meal. I do suggest for you to check your order before you leave. It looks like a lot of people do. I sat there by myself eating my meal one time and lots of people were checking their orders before leaving. I hope my next experience is better.

This place is BUSY !!! So the chicken is fresh. Service was great considering that these employees had a lot of customers. It moved swiftly. Chicken was very hot. Very crispy. Delicious. This place puts KFC to shame. KFC‘s chicken are very small compared to the size of the chicken here. I’ll be back again for sure. This is my 2nd time here in one week.

The employees at this location work fast, but they can’t keep up and that’s not their fault. I pick-up here often as an UberEats courier and often must cancel the pick-up because it takes so long for the orders to be ready, 20+ minutes sometimes. And the drive-thru line is brutal. Often, they are out of boneless or sandwich patties. I’d suggest opening a new Popeye’s nearby as there are a lot of orders to Singer Island FL, 45th Steet area and even Jupiter FL which is 11+ miles away.

Absolutely insane experience there.. waited almost an hour to pick up 2 sandwiches and a side of fries.. it was moderately busy but nothing crazy.. the employees were rude to just about every body in there.. working slowly and yucking it up while people waited.. this is becoming a trend with fast food in general but especially Popeyes.. the staff is atrocious and the food isn’t good enough to make up for it.. will not be returning

Food was hot and fresh and the red beans to rice ratio was on point! Their drive-thru was busy and we almost went somewhere else but, they were very fast and everything was in the bag. Love that chicken!

Lol…before you get in the car line, you better know what you want. The line was out to the road. These employees work fast to get your food out so don’t hold them up asking a bunch of questions. Just get a meal box and try it. The mango lemonade is really good! Lol. It was my first time going here.

This has to be one of the worst Popeyes restaurants I have ever been to, It’s so nasty in there. Friendly customer service does not exist at this location and the young lady that took my order. Couldn’t even count the change back out to me. She had to call the manager to do it for her. No smiles no common courtesy if I was the manager, I would be ashamed of my staff, but she’s just as bad.

Went here at 11:50 to pick up a popeyes order from uber eats. I got there , went to the drive thru and no one was there. Waited like 2 minutes and nobody came. Went to the front door it was locked. Saw employees coming out the back so I asked them if they were closed and if they had a order for uber eats. They said they were closed and had nothing. Lazy lying workers.

The dining room doesn’t open until 12pm. A service crew has the drive through closed. The problem is they left the #doordash app open! There are a bunch of cars waiting for food that has come in that they are just dealing they have to make! Different day same issues!. Between online orders, Delivery partners, walk in, and drive through, the store footprint just can’t handle the multiple revenue centers. The staff is tripping over each other. Edited this post 3 months later. Still the same.
