Come here a lot because I live in the neighborhood. Foods usually always good. Don’t usually have a problem with that. They people the got working the windows tho. No customer service at all. Just stopped by to grab myself some lunch. The girl at the window didn’t ask me what I wanted to order, didn’t tell me my total, and also did not tell me that I was paid, or if I wanted a receipt. I didn’t get a hello. I didn’t get a goodbye nothing. You guys need to get more customers service friendly people. Your employees treat me like a burden. Guess you guys don’t want my money.

Normally stop by here when I pass by but lately it has been quite an unenjoyable experience, like I just spent 23$ on food for 3 of my mc. Doubles to not have any meet on them….. How the hell do you not put any meat of 3 out of 5 mcdoubles…. The only thing I can think of is pure laziness, not only that they never answer the phone… At this point I feel as though I have been screwed out of close to 15$ and it appears no way to correct the issue

I placed an order on the app. When I got there they couldn’t get my order to go through, even though they could see my order. I was told I could place a new order directly or in the app. This has happened at least a half dozen times in a few months. I’ve tried placing a new order in the app but it won’t allow me to because I already have an order in process and placing an order at the store doesn’t give me the deals that the app does and it’s too expensive without the deals. I am tired of wasting my time ordering and driving to the restaurant only be to be told my order won’t go through. I will not be patronizing this restaurant again.

This location is terrible years ago it was good but now no matter if you dine in carryout or go through the drive through the food is always cold and stale sloppy poorly prepared and the customer service is horrible if you dine in you could be the only person in the restaurant and the workers will look at you but for some reason it still takes ten minutes for someone to help you I literally watched a elderly woman be treated like a piece of trash for asking a simple question . This restaurant needs a completely new staff or it needs to be torn down I truly believe that’s the only way to fix this place oh one more thing if your looking for fast food believe it or not this isn’t the place even though all the food is old and stale it still takes forever to get your food and the fries absolutely suck . The owner of this place needs to take a refresher course in food safety customer service and how to hire and fire employees

This McDonald’s is very close to my home and I go there in the morning and the ladies in the morning are awesome at night although it’s a different story two times this week I’ve ordered a double cheeseburger and I’ve modified and both times I’ve had a sandwich full of ketchup I’ve never once asked for extra ketchup and then when I leave, I see them snickering at each other terrible customer service and then you call and the phone is busy so they can’t take the complaint cause they know what they did.

I went through the drive through. I got a $5 mcdoubl, I drove all the way home and they didn’t give me my small fry. The cashier, asked me if I want a receipt. I said, no, it’s my fault, I should have looked in the bag, so I drove back up there to the manager basically accused me of trying to steal a small fry like you forgot my small fry, you see the sandwich, you see the nuggets. But there’s no fry in the bag like, why would you even make a customer being questioned over a small fry?Just put the bat , put the fry in the bag , bro

We ordered in the app. I get there to pick up my food and Im told its cash only as the card reader is down. The girl on the speaker had to ask if they were still filling mobile orders. I get up to the window and Im handed my drink with the lid not even on, I had to put it on myself. The girl hands me the mcflurry my boyfriend ordered and then tells me to have a good night. I tell her I had food in my order, and she shouts to someone else “she had food?” And after I hear someone tell her that yes, I did, she tells me I have to wait. Finally get my food and the girl rolls her eyes when I check to make sure we have everything. I get home, my boyfriends double hamburger has cheese on it and our fries are not old old, but cold as well. My boyfriend called the store and is told “we have a new person taking orders” and when told that we used the app we are told ” well its closing time and we are busy, things get mixed up we are human we make mistakes” then we are hung up on. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. My boyfriend cant have cheese, it’ll make him sick. Train your people better. Now we’ve wasted money on incorrect food, and food that is inedible.

Okay, so picture this: I walked into McDonald’s, ready for my usual coffee run, and the place was actually sparkling. Not just clean, but like, “I could eat off this floor” clean. My order was ready in seconds, the coffee was piping hot, and the person at the counter gave me the biggest, most genuine smile. It was such a surprisingly positive start to my day, I practically skipped out the door, ready to tackle anything!
