It’s very unfortunate because this is the closest Dunkin to me. 9 times out of 10 something in the order is missing or something is made wrong. My most recent visit I had ordered avocado toast with bacon. They didn’t put the bacon on it. I handed it back and instead of making a new one and apologizing for the mistake, they laid full slices of bacon on it, when it’s supposed to be chopped bacon. The toast was almost inedible it was so hard. Staff is almost never friendly. Wait times are long no matter what time of day you go. It’s the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Sat in the drive though for nearly 15 minutes. No movement. We were trapped due to vehicles in front and behind. Eventually the vehicles in front leave (without placing an order). We parked and went inside. I asked a lady working there if the drive through was down. She claims that their headsets malfunction frequently and they couldn’t hear the drive through customers. Needless to say, why not post a sign by the drive though? Or close it completely if your equipment isn’t reliable? Absolutely ridiculous. We placed our order (small iced coffee and large hot coffee) and that took nearly 10 minutes. On top of all that, the place was filthy. Visible cobwebs and dust on the ceiling, water damage on ceiling tiles, messy workspaces (where food was being prepared).

Only two employees in this location in the morning, the one making the sandwiches also in charge of the drive thru, using her fingers on the screen and also making the sandwiches with the same gloves. That was upsetting, until I opened my sandwich and found the plastic on the cheese that the one with the tattoo sleeve on her left arm did not bother to remove when preparing the sandwich.

A typical Dunkin Donuts for this area. A boring building that looks like it’s ready to fall down. Long lines moving very slow. Over worked, un enthusiastic employees. Orders filled slowly without napkins, bags, or condiments. All I can say is that I can’t wait until the WaWa under construction is finished. I will not come here again. The food was good and well prepared, the entire experience took more than 20 minutes and was very frustrating.

I feel really bad for the staff the girl at drive thru was literally crashing. I waited over 20 mins in line to get my order and when I got to the window no one seemed to know what I ordered. Coffee was cold, which signified it was sitting for a long time. I repeated my order 3x and the cashier continued to hand me the wrong order. This place needs improvement including more staff to handle the high volume. I won’t return. In addition, you can’t escape the drive thru as it’s a single line with no way of getting out!

This location is terrible which sucks because it is down the street from me. Service absolutely sucks I’ve been in the drive through with 3 cars and sat 45 minutes. Not to mention the food and drinks is consistently wrong. Absolutely zero standards and quality control.

I ordered my sausage egg and cheese croissant “NOT TOASTED”: yet I get home and its burnt… Why toast a croissant? its already done… its 50% butter… it’s just going to burn not toast…so that’s a waste of food and money because they can’t follow simple instructions… does this look like you would eat it? Often have to wait 15 min for someone to just come to the window and take my payment, then wait again to get a drink. 2 drinks should not take upwards of 15 min. This is not the worst part though because normally you can just drive away if youre impatient…..not here….the drive thru is a narrow single lane with no escape point so if youre not at the window youre SOL. And you know by the time you get to the window youre already agitated from waiting in an inescapable drive lane and youre not leaving without your order so you get set up for failure by their slowness and your own stubbornness.

Pulling up I was confused, it said there was a drive-through but didn’t see a driveway for it.
You have to go off-road and around the building that looks very sketchy. The staff didn’t seem to know what our mobile order was and I had to go through it to get all of it.

Today I went in and cam was great and very helpful and kind kudos to her also finally the chocolate chip muffins are sort back to the original recipe. Sorry we ate them all didn’t take pics
