I usually avoid fast food attached to gas stations….and this just confirmed it! Ordered 3 MEAT burritos….after 7-10 minutes in the drive thru, I got 3 bean burritos. I went in and was asked for the receipt that wasn’t given to me , mind you I just drove out of the drive thru. The guy spen minutes to find the actual order on the register and then told me, well you owe $6 for the difference for meat burritos we only charged for bean….. I wasted about 30 min of my time here by this time. I told him to refund it ALL I’ll go elsewhere…. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. The manager with taped together glasses even seemed to be annoying the other customers and employees by making such an ordeal out of a simple correction.

they don’t even deserve a star, but if you have any lactose intolerance DO NOT come here, they CANNOT understand the fact of “easy cheese” means!! i’ve been coming here multiple times for a bean burrito with easy cheese and they been doing good with easy cheese after i got ahold of them, and then now it’s starting to lack and can’t do easy cheese, One of the workers there also has a STARING problem absolutely no respect.

I went in there and was told by Alex that I couldn’t pay for my sweet tea or my order. With my debit card because the machine was down the cash only and the other machine wasn’t able to start back up so late at night it’s only 8:12 p.m. so I had to walk out of there being refused service it was really upsetting

I wrote in the instructions to remove sour cream and black olives from my order. They didn’t,since son is allergic to sour cream I ate these and he at a sandwich.

Usually, when fast food restaurants are slow, the service sucks but these people were on it and I’m grateful.
I was buying food for myself and a homeless person and I was glad for the quick service. Taco Casa is always my go to when I’m hungry.

Absolutely beautiful Taco salad. Doesnt have a ton of grease typical of other restaurants. Very fresh and flavorful. However there are no suggestive selling techniques used. I recommend doing that before the customer concludes their order

This place is awesome. It’s like a way better version of taco bell. It blows taco bell out the water! The large sweet tea is only $1 and they have great specials depending on what day of the week it is. My only issue is the line gets pretty long when it’s hot out. Other than that the place is fantastic. The meat and cheese to lettuce ratio is the best around. They don’t jip you on the meat like other places they really hook you up. The sweat tea is some of the best around. It can compete with chicken expresses just not as sweet.

I would like to let everyone know I have been coming to this taco casa almost every night and im from out of town and the last couple of times I have came to this taco casa I have experienced the worst customer service through the drive-through and the drive-through employee’s are always rude or snobby and always wants to question me on if my kids are with me when I orders courtesy, sweet tea with my meal, Their courtesy sweet tea should be for anyone if you order something, I’ve never had another taco Casa ever question me about if I have my kids with me it should not matter who’s with me I order something I should get a courtesy sweet tea with my meal if I order something thats why it’s called a courtesy sweet tea not a kids courtesy sweet tea so my kids shouldn’t matter if there with me or not.This place needs to be more professional in courtesy to customers very unprofessional like.
