The kiosk system is horrible. Took 5 minutes to order taco meal with drink then 2 cheese roll ups. Screen not very reactive to touch. Employees rude, irritated that had to take cash. Got food home. Very disappointed with it. Not made well at all. Will never return to that taco bell ever.

I made a mobile order and picked it up right at 3 AM. When I got to the window, I asked if I could make an additional purchase of cheesy roll ups. The girl taking my order immediately got an attitude and went “we can’t do that.” Before cutting off the mic and not responding to me. When I get to the window, she is extremely rude and dismissive despite her coworker showing her how she can add another order for me. When I got the food, she basically threw the box at me and went “ Cheesy roll ups are in there” Before slamming the window on me. When I got home, I also realized that my cheesy gordita crunch as part of my luxe box was not made properly And had sour Cream despite me excluding it on the app. This place needs to get better customer service and hire employees that actually care about the customers they serve and not just a paycheck. Every other Taco Bell in the surrounding area gives way better service on their worst days than this place ever has

I ordered from here through door dash and they had the dasher call because they could not fill the full order. 1 out of 6 items couldn’t be sent. I told them to please go ahead and send it anyway without the nacho fries to avoid having to cancel the order and not be refunded for almost a week. I was perfectly okay without them. Instead they refused and canceled the entire order. Now I don’t have food or money to get food tonight because they refused to just send the other 5 items. I even called and they still refused.

Came thru for a late lunch. I’m not sure what the manager was getting upset about but they discontinued pennies. Not 50$ bills. No need for the attitude or sass. There are many..many other jobs out there if customer service & the simplicity of this job aren’t for you. The extra star was because the blonde on the headset was nice & respectful.

If I could give no stars I would! Its 1pm. I’m on my lunch break. There is a line full of people. They are taking 1 order a time. I’ve now been in the line for 20 mins and not been helped. I pull up to the window like what’s going on? “We are short staffed”. That’s not my problem! Why are you taking 1 order at a time? Why am in a drive thru line for 20+ mins waiting!??? Completely unacceptable! I had to go back in the store and wait an additional 10 mins for my food. I won’t be back.

I ordered a beefy five layer with no sour cream, no beans, add potatoes, extra nacho cheese. Got home to find I got a beefy five layer with potatoes added. That’s it. It still had beans and sour cream and normal cheese portion. It’s not that hard to follow an order, and they weren’t even busy. This isn’t the first time either which is why I’m leaving a review. Just over it.

Strange experience, but I don’t think this is professional to say to a customer at 1:30 PM today a skinny white girl that is a drive-through cashier told me that I look like a person named Kai a streamer from YouTube. I just looked him up, which is interesting that she says all Black people look alike virtually. Didn’t think that was professional. I just want my food. I ordered 6 tacos on the app. They were ready super fast. When I arrived and asked the young lady at the front for my order, she said “I made them myself.” That meant something to me, and they were amazing. Will return to this store soon.

This place is such a hit or miss. The night shift is pretty much all miss. Workers are rude and snappy. Food is lukewarm at best and items are made wrong or falling apart. Might not be the workers fault completely, I’ve heard management is terrible.
