I stopped in here to grab some lunch. I placed my order on the app and waited almost 20 minutes for my food. My food was hot and fresh so I don’t mind waiting for hot and fresh food (but this was a little excessive). The McDonald’s itself is very nice, looks to be new. However, the restroom trash receptacles in the stalls were overflowing and just generally disgusting. While I was waiting. I noticed several McDonald’s employees sitting in a booth right across from the cashier and they were disciplining employees. I felt so bad for this young man who was getting disciplined in front of his managers, but also the general public..

Just a normal mdonalds very quiet but no flowers here. The service was normal and also checked. There is free wifi. This time bought the deluxe mcrispy spicy meal and like the spicy sauce could do with a bigger burger though. Also tried the sweet tea and it is really sweet not sure how much sugar was added but don’t drink too much. The place is much cleaner. Free drink refil too was nice.

We don’t expect much from fast food stops, but this still stood out as a disappointment. Despite being the only customers inside, none of the tables were clean and the trash cans were overflowing. After ordering on the touchscreen and sitting down (at a table we had to clean ourselves) we could clearly hear the employees loudly complain about having to make our order (including snide comments about the 40 chicken nuggets ordered by our party of 6, and the two smoothies). The employees continued to audibly shout about the orders of others as we ate, and several were clearly standing around behind the counter doing little. No one came out to clean tables the entire time we were there, and as we left we had to try and stuff our garbage into the overflowing bins. We won’t be back.

I figured 2 filetOfish would be safe…nope.

Update: I figured I would give these guys another chance. It’s been over a year and I wanted to try the Chicken Big Mac. Please see attached photo. Are we Build a Bear now??? What did you give me??? I had to figure out the proper order on this mess before I could eat it. Zero lettuce on the sandwich. I had to scoop it out of the bottom of the box and put it on the sandwich. Evidently the circus is in town and the clowns are all moonlighting at Mickey D’s…

Slow, un professional and dirty. Ordered a double cheese but only got one patty?!? Not surprised at the quality check as my order was tossed up on a rail and number shouted out. Dinning room was a mess but no one seemed to care. Not busy either…

I’ve always been a McDonald’s guy. I haven’t been to Cody McDonalds in about a year. Yesterday I decided to try it again. Ordered a large Big Mac meal and 2 cheeseburgers in the drive thru. It took 16 minutes, and I had to pull into the extra space to wait. Got 2 large fries, 1 cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich. I went back in and the manager went and got the food personally for the order. When I got home, I discovered they had given us 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup only from someone else ‘s order. (See picture) I just go to Powell now when I get the craving.

The last two times ive went in later in the night i had a very rude drive thru lady i believe her name was Britney she made it seem like everything i requested was a inconvenience our fries were barely half way full when I asked for sauce with my food she scoffed at me and I heard her say “my god” on the way to get my sauce normally I am very happy with the service and food but its very disappointing being treated this way
