Our server KK never disappoints every time we come in she takes amazing care of us. Our drinks never get under half full and she is so super patient when we bring our entire family in the kids absolutely love her. She’s got an awesome personality which makes coming there even better. We enjoy. Been able to eat great food and have somebody service us food with an awesome personality. We’ve ate it all the other R&Ks and this is by far our favorite the food is even better. I have to say even the rest of the staff is extremely friendly. We’ve never been in once and had a bad experience. The chicken fried chicken sandwich was actually really good. Great flavoring to the press highly recommend it just be prepared for a very large sandwich.

Amazing customer service. Saturday morning was really busy but the food and atmosphere did not show it. Someone ended up paying for our food and I wish I could thank them. Good food, great people. Loved it.

A local brought me here for lunch, and I’m sure glad he did! The place had a real down home feel to it, it was very busy and everyone in there seemed like a regular. The lunch specials are where it’s at, they had so many great choices I didn’t know what to pick but ultimately ended up with the chicken fried steak. The meal includes an entree, 3 sides, coffee and/or tea as well as a small (school cafeteria sized) piece of cake which was great as well. I had a side salad with their house made ranch dressing, which was great! The chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans initially tasted a bit bland straight from the kitchen. A little table salt and pepper fixed that. Normally, I would knock off at least a star for that but, the lunch crowd seemed to be every great grand parent in town. Given that, the lack of salt probably works well for their regular crowd and is intentional, and as I mentioned before, it was an easy fix for my taste with the table salt. This is certainly a place I’ll return to when I’m in the area

Great FOOD! And great service, everyone was sweet and very kind. You get big portions here! Chicken fried steak was amazing! Hashy browns and two eggs+ biscuits and gravy! Coffee is always brewed strong and tasty. Right off the highway too !

Yesterday I joined my son and family to eat at the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Hostess stated when she could put together 2 tables she would seat us. After 20 minutes two tables became available and the hostess seated 2 men. My son stated to her could that be the solution to our family since we had been waiting 20 minutes. The hostess threw her hands up in anger and said something to my son. And my son simply stated don’t get mad at me “it was your brain that made you do that. Out of no where came the register person and stated “we are not going to have this today”. My son tried to explained to this very aggressive employee what he was trying to convey to this hostess. This person screamed at my son that he would not call her mom stupid. He along with his family stated several times that he never called the hostess stupid. The daughter screamed no one is going to call my mom stupid. And the truth is no one called her stupid. I’m sure all the patrons in the restaurant were as “SHOCKED “at this daughter throwing this anger fit as we were. She actually said the statement several times. If she were an employee of mine she would have been fired on the spot. The old saying goes like this “the customer” is always right. In fact she should not be working at a cash register with her small understanding of the English language. She really needs to be taught correctly the English language and she could learn a big lesson in humility.

It is very busy during breakfast. There are many breakfast options on the menu from traditional dishes to Spanish/Mexican breakfast burritos. Then there is steak and eggs. My father and I stopped in for breakfast. We ordered #3. His eggs were full (looking like three fluffy eggs), my eggs (photo shown)looked like 1.5 eggs. Someone in the kitchen should have noticed this.
The food was great, hot and tasty. The gravy & biscuits are my favorite. The service was excellent especially how busy it was. We were in & out within 35 minutes.

Fantastic place to get food and you’ll see why a say that if you go! The people in there are great and are always topping off your coffee. If you want a home cooked tasting breakfast come to this place. You wont be disappointed!!
