So I had a chicken sandwich,fries and a fruity drink. Nothing out of the ordinary. I usually get the whiskey River Burger, which is a soild 10 but I wanted to try their chicken sandwich and I gotta say it wasn’t worth it. It was dry,cold,stale and flavorless, I’ve had hospital cafeteria food that has had better quality. I rate it 2.5 out of 10 stars for the chicken sandwich. The drink was delicious and the service was on point but the chicken sandwich wasn’t that good. I’ve had better from other places. Would I recommend Red Robin’s? Yeah if you want Good food with great service for a quick bite to eat. yeah,

Service was a little slow. The place was very crowded on a Saturday night, the ambiance was very hipper. they took some time to take our order, and the food took even longer to be served. But it was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Will come back maybe at a different day and time.

Please reach out to management, let them know there is a demand for Red Robin in NJ. Paramus would be best.

The cellphone signal strength is much better here than in the Clifton location.
Went here on May 12, 2023 at 9pm, a Friday night. They were super busy, and only 2 servers working on the left side of the building, but I didn’t mind the wait since I know the food is always top notch delicious… And it was yummy as always!
Plenty of parking and free parking.
Tons of tables and seats. Cool decorations and paintings. Comfy seats. Very clean. Just be patient if it’s busy when you visit.

Definitely not a fan of the new brioche buns. They are dry, and remind me of cheap school cafeteria style buns. Please bring back the classic RR buns that were tasty, delicious, soft inside, shinny gloss on the top with sesame seeds.

My boyfriend and I dined here over the weekend. Our food was good but the service was bad from the moment we walked in. When we first walked in, the hostess was nowhere in sight, and we waited almost ten minutes at the front, just to be greeted and then seated. Once we were seated, we waited almost another ten minutes to be greeted by our server. When our server arrived he apologized for the wait but it was a very light apology. He didn’t even seem apologetic and didn’t make eye contact with us. He didn’t seem happy to serve us which made us feel even more uncomfortable. He also spoke very timidly and with a low voice. Thought the whole meal period, he was not attentive. We ordered wings and our wings did not have the blue cheese crumbles that it normally has when we order it. Our server kind of disappeared and we had to use our machine to pay our bill.
I’ve been to this location about three times already and the service has not been good all three times. The Red Robin located in Paramus is much better! I hope the manager can provide better training for the staff or perhaps the manager needs to be replaced. The staff needs to pay attention and be more attentive to customers.

Update: Never again, took 20+ min to get another order (1st) of “bottomless fries”. Asked about the fries for the second time, waitress starts telling me how they are somehow free and as if I should feel grateful to get anymore because they weren’t charging me more. I don’t know if it is just this location or the screens at the table that may give some expectation that you should do more yourself. The screen doesn’t even totally function, can’t reorder drinks or the fries.
The overall experience this visit was just OK and a little disappointing. We had some long waits for the server. The food was mostly what you would expect. An exception was three of our group ordered salads that had avacado. The avacado served was very under ripened. This may be the reason they chose not to cut off the skin. Yes hard avocado with skin served in the salad.! The presumed manager appologized, went to the back got more that didn’t have skin on it but still not ripe. From what the server told us they seemed to know it wasn’t right but brought out the unripened replacement anyway. If it’s not ready dont serve it!

Update: Turns out I make better food at home than Red Robin! And is served HOT. The way food should be. If you want the best sometimes you just have to do it for your self and save some money while your at it.
Now back to the boring review I left for this place..
Been coming here for years.. Staff is usually friendly and food is OK. My only thing is I wish they can serve the food hot. It a bit annoying to get your food and then served warm. I don’t like to send the food back. But sometimes I do just to reheat or to remake the order right again.

Service was AMAZING , the food was pretty good not the best but wasn’t expecting the best . The restaurant itself is a bit dirty especially the carpets but the customer service was really great and food pretty ok and great price so will definitely return back.

This has by far been the worst experience in ANY establishment.
There was no heat on a rainy and cold night, we all ate in our coats, some even in hats.
The establishment was empty besides my family, which honestly should’ve been our sign that we shouldn’t eat here.
After an hour of waiting for our food to come out, our waiter then informs us that he never put in the order.
Truly would NEVER recommend this location.

Waited more than half of hour to be attended, never anybody came . People that got there after was attended perfectly . I made a complain with the front lady and treated me as whatever not even offer any assistance. This event happened 03/0/1/2025 around 5:30pm . So disappointed.I believe this is not the way to treat a costumer .

Red Robin is a great place to dine with family and friends! Their loyalty program is fabulous! The burgers are served with endless fries! Personally I love the big stack of onion rings with two sauces. The desserts are good but we hardly get to them. This is a great place to celebrate birthdays! You can also substitute garlic fries or sweet potato fries for an additional charge. They are endless too! Recently my daughter ordered a vanilla milkshake and we ALL wanted it! Yum…And don’t forget the Freckled Lemonade!
