We sat the at the bar. Initially we came in just for dessert, we were coming from diner that did not have any desserts. Ended up ordering the boneless chicken wings and 2 drinks and the chocolate dessert our bartender Rachel was very pleasant. We ended up staying for over an hour. The place was very clean & quiet. Definitely recommend going there

The food was not good we have had Applebee’s in Ofallon lots of time and the food is usually pretty good but this Warrenton location not good the fries were cold and old tasing except for one of us that got the waffle fries they were fresh tasting and hot the prime rib sandwich ???? The worst sandwich I have ever had at a restaurant the other sandwiches were ok and the shrimp and chicken dinner was the only good one, I was in my mind thinking what has happened to Applebee’s, note to self do not pick this restaurant again…. Sorry but it was not good….. And we were hungry too coming from a basketball tournament in Columbia Mo heading home to Ofallon Mo.

I feel pretty bad about complaining about a free meal for Veteran’s Day, but the food and service were literally in the top 3 if not number 1 WORST I’ve ever had. I ordered my steak rare in hopes it would be close to medium rare. It came out medium well at best. The broccoli was completely undercooked and might as well have been served raw instead. The service matched. I sat at the bar because of time constraints and not once was I asked how my food was or anything. The server/bartender was more worried about checking her back pockets 97 times for some money she dropped apparently. By far the worst experience I’ve had at an Applebee’s and probably the worst I’ve ever had. I didn’t waste my time waiting for the $5 off card. And no manager was in sight whatsoever. I even told someone else don’t waste their time ordering steak. I cut into, it, propped it up so the bartender could see it and waited 10 minutes before just eating it since it was free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location ever. Seriously, just go to McD’s

The ceaser salad had so much dressing it wasn’t edible. The shrimp fettuccine was so overcooked the noodles were mush. My sons Mac and cheese was dry, hard clumps. How hard is it to make Mac and cheese. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here or anywhere. The waitress was very sweet but we waited almost 15 minutes for her to come to the table and the place was empty. We had to get the hostess to even get our waitress. So disappointed. Won’t be coming back. Also if you notice they keep in dark in there because they don’t want you to notice the nasty ceiling

I will never go here again. It used to be one our favorite places to eat. I spent a little over $120 for food for 5 people. My fries were cold, hamburgers were cold and pink, they put condiments on all hamburgers that were not supposed to have certain things due to allergies and stuff. The steaks were cold and too pink. Customer service was amazing but the food was not worth $120. Very unsatisfied

While we have had good experiences at other locations this was a huge letdown. Took forever to get our meals and drinks/refills and when the burgers came out they were lukewarm, soggy and did not have the sauces they should have on either one. I overheard the manager having to comp at least one other thing so it seems like they are struggling. Crazy to pay that much for what tasted like fast food

It was just me so I sat at the bar. I was exhausted from driving all day. Rachel and Amy understood. They were kind and attentive!!! Great staff to talk to. They both get 10 points!!!!

Went inside to eat said it would be about 15 minutes ,I wondered why when there was only 3 tables occupied but said oh well I’ll wait. I waited about 15 minutes and the hostess came back and said about another 30 minutes because they only had 2 servers and another was coming in at 4:00pm. I was confused why 2 servers could not serve more than three tables. I really wanted to eat there but had to leave after another 30 minute wait was added.
