So the drive-thru I go. White castles original and a medium onion chip. I don’t know why I ordered so much. I even asked for one mustard and three ketchups and the young girl obliged. Didn’t feel like eating them on the way. Pulled in to a parking spot and started eating like a pig. I have not had White castles probably in a year year and a half. So good! The young girl was very, very polite. In fact, this is the fastest I’ve ever contributed to because I’m still in the parking lot.1:36.on 1-6-26

After several times of messed up orders, I feel it time to leave a review. This most recent events on 10/15/2025 about 11, I was informed of a shift change(at the ordering kiosk, told to wait by the worker for a manager because they were between a shift change). I was understanding and waited minimum 15 minutes before I spoke out asking If I should continue to wait or pull forward, to be scolded by the manager for my incompetence. Once I pulled foreword, the woman furthermore talked condescending as I explained the missing items from my prior order. Very displeased with the management, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment(many previous orders wrong on previous encounters) of this location and staff.

Did drive through. We were 2nd online. Over 15 minutes. finally got up to window total 25 minutes. Onion chips cold soggy. White castles luke warm. We ask why we waited so long. ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY HAD DOOR DASH

Haven’t been to this locations in a long time. They had a computer generated voice to take your order. Worked pretty well. Kept asking if you wanted anything else even after giving the words to end the order. The service was good. The burgers were a little dry and unseasoned. Extra pickles and onions were asked for but not really given. I miss the old days of white castle. The taste is not there.

I ordered a #1 with cheese and a COKE and 4 chicken with cheese. First I was told I had to wait for them to clean the grill so that they could make my burgers. She forgot to give me my drink I didn’t realize until I got almost home and wanted a drink and no cheese on my chicken it was gross. Now I know why I have ate White Castle in a long time.

The service was okay except she didn’t give me the free burger with the coupon presented. The window cashier and front counter cashier seemed to be arguing about some item. Since I don’t live in Ohio this was my treat during my visit.

When your familiar haunts are closed there is always White Castle. Best approached after midnight. The Newport location is tame. Staff provided quick and friendly service. Burgers were a little bland but fries made up for that. Open 24×7.

Uhhh i came through around 1:30am and asked for 2 Belgian WAFFLE sliders and they gave me sausage and cheese sandwiches and then I call and they don’t answer considering I was just there and they weren’t busy nor doing anything. I’ll get my sliders tomorrow like brah smd..

pulled into the parking lot , with no cars in sight. the automatic AI responder at the drive through was having issues taking our order so a team member came to the speaker. off the bat she was immediately distasteful. she rushed us to take our order and was extremely rude. at the window she didn’t communicate very well that the credit machine hadn’t taken our card and started raising her voice at us, yelling that we still owed money. At this point she had already handed us some of the food (crave case) which was extremely cold to the touch. i’m beyond baffled why she handed us the product without confirming payment went through. and more astonished that she was mad at us for a mistake that she hadn’t informed us about. after handing her another form of payment she was extremely aggressive the rest of the transaction. not only did we leave with an awful experience, we left with cold food not worth the money
