Brand new beautiful McDonald’s but can’t get their frozen Coke machine set correctly. Have gotten 4 frozen cokes over the past month and they are super dark and weigh about 3 lbs each. Initially, I thought maybe it was just a one off and the machine was being funky, but after a month now and still getting the same type of frozen Coke. Maybe more training on machines is needed. Won’t be ordering anymore frozen cones from here…

This is a very unique McDonald’s. The staff are so polite and so friendly and the restaurant is super clean, modern and beautiful atmosphere. They’ve gone above and beyond and placed flower pots on every table making everyone feel special and the staff make you feel so welcome. This is an example of Perfect service

They shut down early on Christmas Eve, no one was in the building and the drive through was busy. We placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and did not get a refund. Could’ve at least put up a sign.

This place does not give you any warning that they are about to close the dining room and when I say close the dining room I don’t mean not serve food in the dining room. I mean sitting down to eat the food you ordered and got before the dining room closed and them coming 10 minutes later and saying ok it’s time to leave. No warning when I got the food that I might not be able to sit and enjoy my food. Go to Wendy’s across the street. So much more polite and their dining room is open till 2am

I’ve been here a few times and it always takes forever to get my online order. The staff act like you’re not even there, no one is looking at you or acknowledging your presence. They just talk and have fun while you’re waiting. And then they couldn’t even prepare the simple coffee that I ordered correctly.

The staff early AM has a team member that needs to go. She’s an older woman who literally told me “If I don’t like her attitude then don’t come here” this employee is truly unique. Please fire her and hire someone who knows how to say “Good Morning”

If I’m being generous, they just haven’t gotten their act together after the renovation. 40 minutes for cold nuggets is not acceptable for fast food. I could have gone to the grocery store, bought ingredients, cooked them, and eaten them in that time.

This McDonald’s just reopened after a major renovation and they do not have their act together. There is zero assistance from the crew who are all basically hidden in the back. They were clearly overwhelmed and still figuring things out–but that’s not really an excuse. It’s not like everything is half off because you get half the service. And come on, the place is clearly packed, you can afford to pay someone to just be up front helping with customers!

They should tear the new building down and try again. It was clearly not designed for customers. It is dark and cramped and you cannot see into the kitchen so have no idea what is going on. Ordering kiosks are scattered around with no clear lines and you can no longer fill your own drinks or get condiments, napkins, etc. seating is limited and is too close together. I was excited because it is close to my house but I will now avoid this location.
