Drove thru and ordered a root beer freeze malt-not on the menu. Order taker was kind and flexible. The product was sublime. They should have it on the menu for those who need the fix. Very customer oriented crew. Thumbs up. I finished it before I made it back to work.

I ordered my food online, and my experience was quite disappointing.
First, there were no napkins included with my order. I had ordered a zero sugar Pepsi, but instead, they gave me Dr Pepper. There was also no straw for my drink. The fries were cold—so cold that I swear you could barely eat them.
My double cheeseburger was really bad; I ate some of it, but my stomach started to hurt, and I felt like I wanted to throw up .
In the end, I decided to throw the rest of the food in the trash. I know that many people are struggling and looking for any food to eat, but this meal was simply not edible.

I have been to this Freddy’s before, but didn’t have any issues. If you are interested in the lettuce wrap option, be aware that they may be extremely confused. I got it to go and received mashed up patties in wet lettuce, wrapped up with the wrapping inside on the actual wrap.
They were very confused on the option to have a lettuce wrap, so it’s clear training is inconsistent. I’ve had good ones here before as well!
The wrap lettuce, and the wrapper were soaked and soggy, and it was thrown in a hotdog container, dripping with wet and watered down mustard.
I had to put it into a bowl to manage to actually try to eat it.

I always come here and the food is always great but the store itself can use some cleaning up. While the nozzles look clean, the rest of the fountain looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a week with syrup just all over it. I came in as it opened so i know it hasn’t been cleaned. Also I don’t think leaving behind utensils for the tea for anyone to just grab, especially if children are around, is a great idea either. And I don’t know what it is, but the staff are always rude any time I come in.

Was going to go in to get some custard for my daughters. The store was absolutely disgusting. Floors were almost black. Booths were ripped. Bathrooms were dirty. Mind you we went in at 11am right after open. I’ve been to multiple Freddy’s and this is by far the dirtiest I’ve seen. Trashes were overflowing outside. Flag was torn to shreds- disrespectful. Barely any lids or utensils in the lobby.

Went through the drive through for just a turtle sundae. The sundae was good, except for they dumped a bunch of the nut crust all over the ice cream, and there was more salt than ice cream. It was very difficult to eat. I only got two pecans in the entire Sunday. The rest of it was salt and nut dust.
