Update, I got a call from Anthony one of the managers. Super nice guy and he apologized. He also made it right and the food was fresh and really good! They also remodeled the inside a bit. Staff was great, food was great and so was Anthony. I will go there again

I’ve never met a hostess so rude in my life. Definitely if you’re not a broke college kid don’t come to this location, dirty, rude and zero costumer service, ordered a big order, they got it wrong and still refuse to give the food that was paid. Whomever is the manager of this location really is home watching tv while this place is a mess. First and definitely LAST and please if you reading this review. It’s not worth it.

My recent DoorDash experience with this Buffalo Wild Wings was terrible. My order was marked as “picked up” before I ever received anything. When I called the store, manager BK Klutz refused to verify the situation or check anything on their end. The entire response was just to say it was a DoorDash problem and hang it on someone else.
For a location that depends heavily on delivery orders, that level of customer service is embarrassing. If this is the standard that owner Tony Shalchi allows his store to operate under, it explains a lot. A simple investigation or a shred of accountability would have solved the problem, but apparently that’s asking too much here. I’ll be ordering from a different location going forward.

I love this place they always cook my food the way I like it. And let me tell you if you get the onion rings ask for extra of the b-dubs sauce… game changer. I love the trivia too and getting ALL THOSE POINTS get enough and you can get free food too!!!

Never ever again will I ever eat at this place any chain of it? I’ve just spent the past two hours feeling like I ate some liquid Drano or drink it inside feel like they’re about to burn out and I only got the original Bofill sauce not that hot. I don’t know if there was something in it or whatbut I can feel it burning completely the whole way down and out still burning. The chicken was overcooked like there’s hardly any chicken. It was all bread and the onion rings were trash, falling apart, soaked in oil.

We stopped at BWW while out shopping. We were seated promptly and our server arrived at our table quickly to get our drink orders. Our drinks came quickly, and our food orders were taken at that time. Our food was ready quickly, and everything had been prepared exactly as we had ordered it. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

Service is terrible. However the food was great. We actually had to ask for a server after we were seated. Lol. Wasn’t crowded but they had a game on we wanted to see. So we stopped in. We already know BWW has terrible service because we’ve been to a lot of them. Nachos were amazing tho! Large portions. Beer is cold. So don’t expect good service.

It’s the crew working in this place out front. I looked in my bag that was handed to me and saw nothing like napkins. I ask for napkins with to go and was told- “it’s not required “…. I’m telling you people need napkins with to go food. That’s all. Some female starts yelling from the back at me to just leave. I will not go back. I DO NOT recommend this particular store because of the front crew. I definitely needed napkins…

Slow and inattentive service. The wings are hard and dry. The drinks are ok but you can tell there there isn’t much care or consideration here because it reflects in every category. The bathrooms are dirty and so is the restaurant. So sad because we even came in on a slow night!
