Wow! This place had to have changed management or owners because it was so good tonight. I ordered the 3 spicy strips, and the whole meal came out fresh and hot. It was delicious! The person working the window was courteous and polite, didn’t rush giving my card back to me at all. Overall 10/10.

This is my favorite location to go to out in NKC off of Vivian, due to the customer service, the food is always fresh, and you get through the line quickly! I did the drive thru option, so I’m not sure what the atmosphere was like. Anyway I will be back. Thanks ya’ll!

We ordered food from the churches on Vivian last night and one of the girls eating took a bite of mashed potatoes and pulled out a tack! Luckily she didn’t get hurt. We did get a fully refund but I will never eat here again!

I have never in my life been so disappointed. The chicken was nasty the fries and it was a large bag was Luke warm I went for the biscuit ordered an extra. I will never go back there again.

Way better than KFC, they’re chicken actually has flavor. Nice and crispy, they also have jalapeño bombers and fried okra both are great!

We don’t dine in, but they’re superb for a quick grab and go bite. Although, the buffalo bites looked NOTHING like the photo. If you’re going to advertise sauced bites, maybe actually sauce them. Staff is exceptionally nice and friendly and always quick. Food is great for the price points either way!

Gave up on Church’s Chicken about 3 years ago. All other fast food chicken places we closed over the holiday, so Church’s was my only close option.
I’m so glad I went, they have dramatically upgraded the quality of their product and service.
Fried Chicken is my only fast food choice and I look forward to bringing home their fried chicken again!!!
